After the Zelda series lost a lot of its attraction, I thought the days of me buying a console just for one game were finished -- but I saw the commercials for Fire Emblem: Awakening and fell hard for them.

Have to say, it only took five stateside releases before Intelligent Systems finally got the message: make the support conversations the center of the game, add more customizable content, and just generally add more RPG elements to the strategy. And unsurprisingly, the largest one-week sales of any Fire Emblem game previously -- about 250k.

I already have the game. Many stores had a delayed shipment so I went online and found out that Target had 1 copy. Waiting 2 more days for other stores to get them in was just not reasonable

I'm really liking the game, it's a big step up from the previous games.
