For centuries America has bullied and pillaged countries weaker than it. And when their are countries that have the means, tech, and firepower to fight back, America either tries to topple their gov. to gain control or creates an ally to help them in their bullying and pillaging. And when neither of the tricks worked they resorted to assassination. That control/superiority complex is what has allowed America to continue on for so long without any repercussions. But today I'm going to speak on a specific country that has had to and still does today, live under Americas tyranny; Africa. It started with the 'Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade'(1526) when a Portuguese first reached Brazil carrying human cargo, an actual people away from their homeland. While this was happening their were other European countries trying and successfully draining Africa and its countries of its natural resources(land, gold and diamonds, ivory, and palm oil just name a few). But even this pillage Africa, this great Holocaust of the African people couldn't satisfy them. They went on to steal artifacts away from ancient burial sites even going as far as to take the bodies, just because of some belief that it was for history or for the preservation of an ancient race. What they failed to realize was that this ancient race didn't bury its Kings or Queens with hope or belief that they would be excavated and disrupted from their eternal rest, then moved from their homeland just for people to poke over their remains. And when they were done studying the artifacts and mummies they built museums (British Museum) and put them on display for the world to see, not even considering returning them to their burial site. And with the millions maybe billions of dollars these museums accrued over the years, none of that money was sent back to Africa to try and repay what was stolen from them.
