Algerian president Bouteflika is politically dead. Who in Afro-Asia follows him? Voka Putler ? as we all know that these 2 Afro-Asian countries are very similar . so my question, is Putler the next in the line ?

Look at the dictator that they now have.

I once read that in Russia, there used to be a saying something like: If you think this czar is bad, wait until you see the next one!
