With the internet, there is a communication between computers and servers for the benefit of the community. this would see the one computer able to communicate with another computer as if they were on the same bus or network. this means they can transfer the energy needed to give the effects on their side from the other side. if you were to want to see a photograph on the other computer server, it would push energy into each pixel, which is a dot on your monitor that shows light, and alter the energy coming from each pixel to change the light from the monitor to the right image on your side, or the other.

A server is like a hard disk for storing 'charges.' these charges are stored as if inside a normal battery. if you were to observe that the battery will keep the information handy or ready to be used, when you plug this hard disk or server into another cable, the energy can flow from one device to the other to give effects like the ones they are supposed to. after all, we use computers usually for their effects on monitors and other things.

If you were to want to program charges for a robot, you would need to merely charge the device with instructions in the form of charges, where a certain amount of charge is regulated or used for each effect.

That's not how energy works.
