The Recent Louisiana Abortion Decision: No Worries. Truth and Righteousness ALWAYS Prevail

It's not safe at all for the babies, and that's who we're concerned about here. Not the selfish women.

Btw, when are you going to address the hypocrisy that you and your son didnt seem to be aware of? Please...let's see you justify the hypocrisy.

This is the barely coherent and grammatically inept speech of a man who desperately wants to be able to claim that he "cured coronavirus."

That's it, in a nutshell. When we do get a handle on this crisis, he wants to be able to pull out footage and declare "I called it! I said use this! I said try this! I told them to do this, it was my idea!" He's just doing it with lots of stupid stuff because he doesnt want to miss an opportunity. He's afraid 'the big one' will be mentioned and he wont get credit for it.

It's all about declaring himself the savior of the cv crisis and we'll hear all about it, esp in his campaign. (Which is basically each of his press briefings these days) --- Lursa

I am so proud of the son I raised. A great and moral young person. Very smart, very perceptive. He makes buckets of money too, btw.

But a hypocrite? I dont see you being capable of justifying the hypocrisy that I pointed out.

It goes that way, then there is a major correction back to sanity. We've seen it many times before. Both in the bible in in modern societies. Unfortunately, it usually takes disaster to snap people back.

The United States has been on a leftward march since the Great Depression. Two steps to the left, one step to the right. I see no evidence of this changing. Anti abortion laws are extinct. Eventually, those who want them will be as well.

I was lamenting the horrible 5-4 anti-life ruling by SCOTUS last week to my son, the former seminarian. He's a very bright young man, and he put it to me this way. "Look Dad. Truth will always prevail in the end. Abortion will ultimately be illegalized because that is what is right and just. No need to worry about any temporary setbacks". And he's 100% right. Roe WILL ultimately be overturned just as surely as slavery was outlawed. There were speed bumps in that fight as well. It took decades for the 13th Amendment to happen.

John Roberts has turned out to be a corruptible figure, and that's unfortunate. He has been seduced by the D.C. cocktail parties put on by the leftwing power structure always in place there. Somebody sold him the false promise of legacy. He could be like Earl Warren, they told him. Another GOP-appointed turncoat hailed by the left. His SCOTUS term could be forever known the Roberts Court. The lure of acceptance by the hateful but influential minority has existed since time immemorial, from schoolyards to athletic fields, to the halls of federal government. Ask John McCain, Drew Brees, Mike Gundy, Don Imus, Starbucks, and Nike. Like Roberts, they all sold their souls in order to stop the bullying.

But there will be more justices. in the next four years, there will be at least two more. The hateful Marxist old hag Ginsburg will likely be gone. If Trump is in office, perhaps Amy Coney Barrett, another great conservative will be seated. If not, it will happen later. Justice and truth ALWAYS emerge. The USSR and Nazi Germany tried to bury the truth with disinformation, but they were no match for God's will. Today's Marxist media and the Soros-funded left will be no more successful. Legalized abortion WILL go down. If not sooner, then later. 100% guaranteed.

My son is a very wise person.

Just what is it again you personally do for the unborn, other than post in a chat forum, and lie about the unborn as being 'babies'? Also, do you not see the hypocrisy of talking about 'hate', then posting something as 'hateful' as referring to Ruth Bader Ginsberg as an 'old hag'?

Because mine is more philosophical. it has to do with the generality of truth and righteousness prevailing over evil.

So abortion is evil?

One of the questions buried in all this discussion:

How many people can sustainably live on Earth? & yes, sustainable varies by country & by culture. The native people in the Amazon rain forest don't need a lot of technology to live, whereas an apartment dweller in NY City does.

Capitalism & the Industrial Revolution have delivered the products of international manufacturing all over the world; everywhere & to everyone who is willing to pay. What happens when people can't pay for all those products? Does production cut back, to service only those who can pay? Does the whole system collapse, if it can't keep growing?

As more countries implement some version of Western capitalism & production, the people & classes who rise there tend to want more of a Western lifestyle - cars, vacations, multiple homes, travel, more protein in their diet, mass media. Where is the balancing point in that rise to more consumption of more goods & products & services?

Can capitalism expand off-planet & so keep finding new resources to consume? Or are we limited to resources on Earth until space travel becomes practicable?

Nicely written.

And also, there are no negative effects of abortion on society. While that is not moral justification for OR against it, it's another point that would be considered in any legal balancing of rights. (If there are any negative effects "on society" no one's ever provided them )

Babies are perfectly fine, abortion has nothing to do with babies but with ZEF's.

And no, you are not concerned about the babies, just about the fetuses. And it is hilarious that you are speaking about selfishness, it is you who are selfishly interfering in the business of women. That is the worst form of selfishness, you do not care about the rights or the lives of women.

Then the babies would be safer with doctors with admitting privileges in hospitals delivering babies than midwives.

Let's see you argue for that as well, if it is all about babies for you and not just fetuses.

Mash, for logic's sake, please think before you write.

That is like asking someone to put gas in a horse drawn buggy. Simply not possible.

He apparently does nothing with his life except spew the same nonsense on discussion forums all day. This isn't difficult to figure out just from his posting history on this site.

He's a very bored, lonely old man - although I have questioned whether he truly is a man.

Huh? Babies are killed in every abortion. We've proven the unborn are babies many times. Why do you want to reinvent the wheel every new thread.

You have claimed they are babies, but babies are the results of births. And why do you claim things that are nonsense every new thread?

Except the bible is not the source of sanity, religions usually are the source of extremism, we know that happened tons of times until now and the future will be no different.

And we can only hope that the next disaster snaps people out of illogical religiousness.

That doesn't sound very christian, the bible says that money is the root of all evil. And I would never say anything negative about a person who is not a member of this website (or whom I do not know personally), if you are proud that is all that matters.

Yes, it does not sound very christian to call a woman who has lived her life for the betterment of people and is a more honorable person than all of the male conservative members on the supreme court who are mostly soulless autocrats and intolerant asswipes.

No, its the love of money that is the root of all evil. Not money itself. My son lives very simply. He doesn't have any of the trappings he could have. Don't blame him if the skills he has are in high demand.

Unfortunately, she has stood for and enabled the killing of millions of babies. There should be a Nuremburg-type trial for monsters like her. She's no better than Eichmann or Himmler. She will have plenty to answer for when she comes before God.

Irreligion and atheism are the main sources of extremism, murder, and death. We saw so much of it in the last century.

God did not have an issue with killing men, women, children and fetuses, so why do you feel so different about this when your bible actively preaches violence and even aborting a fetus
l.

So. God can do what he wants. He is not bound by the morals that humans are ordered to abide by. Any more than you are bound by the same rules you have for your dog.

No, you've failed to do that. Why do you want to keep lying in every thread? One informal dictionary definition does not overrule science and medical fact.

Or are you suggesting we protect all dogs, cats, boats, cars, etc etc etc that people call 'their babies' too?

What a stupid comment, comparing animals to humans. But wait. You were the one comparing women to farm animals in another thread.

Then why did you even mention you son's alleged wealth,? What does any of that have to do with YOUR thread topic/OP which is the 'abortion' sub-forum.What compelled you bring up money in a forum dedicated to debating abortion related issues?

What's really funny is the OP is a modern day Confederate.

NEWS FLASH, Mashmont. Humans ARE animals. Most educated people learn this basic truth in biology 101 by the 8th or 9th grade.
