Clarence Thomas called Roe v. Wade 'farcical,'

Sometimes all it tells you is that they think it looks interesting.

No, that is not what people think when they see it. You are just making an odd guess there. An excuse. That COULD be true but when you see a cross, that is not what you think.

Lying is a sin.

This is the barely coherent and grammatically inept speech of a man who desperately wants to be able to claim that he "cured coronavirus."

That's it, in a nutshell. When we do get a handle on this crisis, he wants to be able to pull out footage and declare "I called it! I said use this! I said try this! I told them to do this, it was my idea!" He's just doing it with lots of stupid stuff because he doesnt want to miss an opportunity. He's afraid 'the big one' will be mentioned and he wont get credit for it.

It's all about declaring himself the savior of the cv crisis and we'll hear all about it, esp in his campaign. (Which is basically each of his press briefings these days) --- Lursa

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

And it's always an admission of your beliefs. You support a hyper-conservative GOP, or you would not be using a modified Nazi insignia as your avatar.

My avatar is a sarcastic swipe at theistic religion.

I would support a hyper-conservative GOP no matter my avatar.

It's a very evocative image. Love it

That is a tacit admission that you are in fact a fascist. Fascism is the extreme end of conservative because it marries an authoritarian government and limited civil rights with government-supported capitalism.

What is your score on Political Compass?

Your Myers-Briggs political analysis shows that you are only slightly less authoritarian then the fascist, Hitler and less libertarian than the conservative Thatcher. So, politically and socially between Thatcher and Hitler. Sounds pretty Fascistic to me. :lamo

actually the way it reads is I am less than half authoritarian as Hitler. Given that Hitler seems to rate a 10.0 on that scale while I rate only 3.95

You are definitely a fascist. Mine is in the lower-left quadrant. 2 up from the bottom and one over front the left-hand edge.

So basically you're labeling anyone in the upper right quadrant a "fascist"?

Very tolerant and open minded of you.

Not me doing the labeling. It's the people that make the Myers Briggs analysis. It's not my fault that you're a fascist.

I don't like authoritarians. Don't try to limit my actions or my freedoms because of your own opinions or beliefs.

There will always be limits on your actions and freedoms from some source. Whether you want to admit it or not.

You don't get to impose your beliefs on others. We have the constitutional that puts equal limits on the rights of others when they come into contact with the rights of everyone else. You do not get to impose your beliefs on other citizens who have guaranteed rights equal to your own.

You haven't considered the obvious. Just because the Constitution guarantees rights does not mean that everyone is bound to respect those rights. You can demand constitutionally that the government not restrict your rights. You cannot necessary do the same to private citizens.

Nobody is seeking your approval because your approval of their actions is neither wanted or desired. Your ignorance of the subject is your biggest problem. If you fail to respect the rights of other you will be arrested because you don't get to decide what rights another person has or can exercise.

You surely do not understand what you just said.

So are you saying that citizens have the right to force women to remain pregnant? Citizens have the right to stop a woman from having an abortion?

His authoritarian prsoneolsilty is studied and well understood and it is prohibited by the Bill of Rights that guarantees equal rights for all regardless of the number of people who feel that way. We don't obey him or his church.

Right-wing authoritarianism is a personality trait that describes the tendency to submit to political authority and be hostile towards other groups, while social dominance orientation is a measure of a person’s preference for inequality among social groups.

The researchers found that these fatalistic beliefs were also associated with having aversions to ambiguity and a preference for concrete information.

People who believed that one’s genetic makeup determined their future also tended to score higher on measures of right-wing authoritarianism and social dominance orientation — but not economic or social conservatism.

In addition, deterministic beliefs were linked to heightened dogmatism and political intolerance, as well as reduced openness to experience and agreeableness.

“People’s psychological traits and worldviews tend to be interrelated,” Costello told PsyPost.

“We found that all sorts of measures of authoritarianism, on the one hand, and both genetic determinism (i.e., the belief that actions and events are attributable to material causes outside of the self) and fatalistic determinism (i.e., beliefs that actions and events are attributable to ‘destiny’ or ‘fate’), on the other hand, were positively correlated across three studies. Past research has found that both authoritarianism and determinism beliefs foster a sense of certainty, so individual differences in need for certainty may explain this correlation.”

New study finds authoritarian personality traits are associated with belief in determinism

You ignore that regular citizens are not bound by what would constitute an illegal search by law enforcement.

Somebody else cant get your medical records or your home or anything else protected by privacy opened to the police. They still need probable cause.

Not to mention that women dont need to go to Drs anymore to confirm a pregnancy and someone not intending to keep it would just not tell people. And hide their condition.
