I don't suppose you noticed that all the date stamps are from 2015, 2018 and 2019. David Daleiden may have posted the video yesterday but it's the same old lies he got tossed into jail for back in 2018. David's friends at Center for Medical Progress were also found guilty for fraud, perjury, and damaging Planned Parenthood which was awarded $2.3 M in damages.
Every fact Daleiden posted has already been refuted. I don't need to, but if you like I can also refute the lies you post. I seldom post anything that I cannot back up with sourced facts. I don't deal in lies. I don't need to.

Like I said before...if they think it is a slam dunk....make sure they have a day in court.

I have no clue if this sworn testimony was legally sworn under penalty. I have no clue how appropriately the testimony was interpreted by sites that have huge issues with the truth. So to me a legal interpretation would be fine. If they are guilty of a crime, they should be punished.

Contempt of court[edit]
As part of the National Abortion Federation's lawsuit against Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress, Federal Judge William Orrick III and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an injunction in July 2015 forbidding Daleiden and CMP from publishing any more videos they had illegally obtained at private professional meetings.[49] In March 2017 a federal appeals court in March upheld Orrick’s ruling, but new videos then appeared on the website of Daleiden's attorneys, former Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley and Brentford J. Ferreira.[50] On July 11, 2017, Orrick found attorneys Cooley and Ferreira in contempt of court, saying, "With respect to the criminal defense counsel, they do not get to decide whether they can violate the preliminary injunction".[51]

On July 17, Orrick found Daleiden, the Center for Medical Progress and their lawyers, Steve Cooley and Brentford Ferreira, in contempt of court.[52] Orrick ordered Daleiden to turn over video footage and other materials related to his 2016 preliminary injunction.[53]

On August 31, Orrick found Daleiden and his attorneys, Steve Cooley and Brentford Ferreira, liable for the payment of $195,359 to compensate the National Abortion Federation for legal fees and increased security for "expenses incurred as a result of the violation of my Preliminary Injunction Order". Orrick wrote that Daleiden's attorneys, Cooley and Ferreira, were included in the sanctions intended to ensure "current and future compliance" with his order.[54]

Civil jury trial[edit]
Following the September, 2019, criminal hearing, Planned Parenthood and others affected by Daleiden's videos initiated a civil jury trial in federal court against Daleiden and Merritt, and also Center for Medical Progress affiliates Troy Newman, Albin Rhomberg, and Gerardo Adrian Lopez. The defendants were accused of fraud, breach of contract, unlawful recording of conversations, civil conspiracy, and violation of federal anti-racketeering law.[55][56] A guilty verdict was rendered on November 16th, 2019, and Daleiden was instructed to pay $870,000 in punitive damages to Planned Parenthood.[57][58]

What happened in the childhood of these people who think everything except the voices in their heads and Rush Limbaugh is a lie. There is something seriously wrong with their ability think intelligently , rationally or even sensibly.

How do people like that live daily with the cognitive dissonance of their claim that David Daleiden is telling the truth when the courts, the law, Planned Parenthood, Wikipedia, the the general public radio, television, newspapers all say and prove he is a criminal, a liar, a scofflaw, and has bee for most of his adult life.
