Women that give birth when the father wants an abortion should have to support that child alone.

Maybe the man should have kept it in his pants...or if he really had to relieve that urge then he could have double bagged it. If a man doesn't want a women pregnant he can prevent it.

Using two condoms is not recommended.

Sounds like you think Men cannot control their urge's.
Clue:
Men can,
Boys can't.

The argument is about POST CONCEPTION RIGHTS... not getting pregnant

Nor can women it seems

I wonder if he thinks that girls can't but women can. It's amazing to see so many pro choicers argue with the same nonsense pro lifers do. "Just don't have sex ever if you don't want to risk getting trapped for 18 years." Get real.

Sex without consequence for the woman should she choose. I grew up in the age when if you got a girl pregnant you better like her enough to spend 18 years raising and supporting the child.
If access to abortion is the law of the land; means test parenthood. If it's not a man's choice it shouldn't be a woman's either if she/they can not support a child and will rely on taxpayer largesse; why add to dependency.

Good luck getting a male opt out option...

It'll be difficult with society too busy worried about sexism towards women to give a damn about sexism towards men.

Of course we do, even if you do not see it that way.

Only a woman may opt out of financial responsibility of parenthood during a pregnancy without consent of the other parent.

That is a fact

A man that didn't want to be a father in the first place should not be on the hook for 18 years because the woman unilaterally decided not to terminate the pregnancy. There's way too much bias and sexism when it comes to men and fatherhood. If a woman can decide not to accept the responsibility of being a parent a man should have that option as well. Women have an out if they want one while the next 18 years of a man's life is dependent on the decisions of the woman. Independent women making independent decisions should be independently responsible for those decisions.

:bs . . .

She can escape parenthood if she chooses.

So can he.

So my question is...why doesnt he?

This is the barely coherent and grammatically inept speech of a man who desperately wants to be able to claim that he "cured coronavirus."

That's it, in a nutshell. When we do get a handle on this crisis, he wants to be able to pull out footage and declare "I called it! I said use this! I said try this! I told them to do this, it was my idea!" He's just doing it with lots of stupid stuff because he doesnt want to miss an opportunity. He's afraid 'the big one' will be mentioned and he wont get credit for it.

It's all about declaring himself the savior of the cv crisis and we'll hear all about it, esp in his campaign. (Which is basically each of his press briefings these days) --- Lursa

I do not accept the "Don't have sex." argument here for the same reason I don't accept it when pro lifers argue against abortion. It's not a practical answer. It's a complete nonsense expectation that shows a real lack of empathy.

I didnt say he had to not have sex, anymore than she does. I said that both have to accept the consequences of the risk they choose to take.

She does. I showed she cant escape consequences...you just dont like the ones she has...but that's determined by biology. Not law.

So why shouldnt he? Please explain. He knowingly takes a risk...he knows US law. Please explain why "he" should have sex without consequences when women cannot? I mean, if this is about fair or equal, that certainly isnt.

I used Las Vegas gambling as an example...it can result in losing his house...but he is held accountable for a risk he knowingly took. Why not regarding pregnancy? She is.

Men cannot unilaterally opt out of parenthood and women can. Expecting men to never have sex if they never want to be in that situation is a ridiculous non-argument. I'm inclined to think you just lack empathy for issues men face. You're not alone.

Sometimes contraception doesn't work. And again "Don't have sex." is a nonsense expectation. You sound like a pro lifer arguing against abortion.

The expression applies equally to both. Just because her consequences are different doesnt mean she can get out of them.

So apparently you believe that men are entitled to sex without consequences...yes or no?

Props.

Glad to see I'm not alone.

Yes but he also failed each time.

Men aren't impacted by abortion? Different consequences, right?

It's not sexism, the law is equal. If there is a child, both parents are held accountable by law.

Only one parent can unilaterally decide to legally escape the responsibilities of parenthood.
