"The Unborn"

Posts 2 & 4 didnt include those things, those things are your 'excuses' to avoid refuting the content in posts 2 & 4.

Post 2 & 4 show your OP is a failed premise.

No worries...everyone can read posts 2 & 4 for themselves. And most will...since they see them almost immediately when they start the thread.

The easily offended and emotionally invested in strangers' unborn do tend to have a hard time accepting accuracy. It weakens their attempts at emotional manipulation in discussions and makes their self-righteous outrage look self-indulgent.

Everyone is different of course, but in my case, I use 'unborn' as shorthand so I dont have to qualify or include zygote, embryo, fetus when I write. I do use the appropriate term when applicable.

Using accuracy in discussions does not = dehumanization. How can one criticize being accurate and using correct terminology? Only those with weak arguments that need an emotional crutch for their claims.

Now that's why I use it...prove I'm wrong

If you cant, then I guess you have created another failed OP.
First two sentences comprise denigration.
Third sentence is a straw man.
Fourth sentence is denigration.
Fifth sentence is false and a denial.
Sixth sentence is dismissal.

People use the words 'baby' and 'child' for their pets, cars, boats, etc.

Any attempts to claim those terms solely for unborn humans are clearly false.

Another :failpail:
"Solely" is Lursa's straw man.
The argument that because the words have other uses the original use no longer has currency is ludicrous.
The emoji is dismissal.

I love how you continue to highlight your own failures.

:2wave:

Your lack of self-awareness rivals that of the unborn.

And now you are promoting my arguments and you still cant refute them!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

And yet, you failed to refute those posts, but continue to call attention to the dismantling of your OP in the first 4 posts. You pretend that the legitimate counter-arguments are valid...because you cannot handle them.

Good lord, now everyone can see how you've failed...thanks! @_@ Your oneliners are not 'counter-arguments.' It's hysterical that you wrote them because you complain all the time that the rest of us dont 'refute' or 'counter' your arguments.

All you just did was deliver a little tantrum of hypocritical 'na huh.'

This is the barely coherent and grammatically inept speech of a man who desperately wants to be able to claim that he "cured coronavirus."

That's it, in a nutshell. When we do get a handle on this crisis, he wants to be able to pull out footage and declare "I called it! I said use this! I said try this! I told them to do this, it was my idea!" He's just doing it with lots of stupid stuff because he doesnt want to miss an opportunity. He's afraid 'the big one' will be mentioned and he wont get credit for it.

It's all about declaring himself the savior of the cv crisis and we'll hear all about it, esp in his campaign. (Which is basically each of his press briefings these days) --- Lursa

I could generate some respect for the conservative Christian position on abortion if they were honest about it: conservative men don't like women making decisions about sex and reproduction. They don't give a rat's ass about saving money, saving tiny innocent unborn babies, Biblical prohibitions or saving women from depression, breast cancer, infertility, guilt, divorce, permanent promiscuity and the wrath of God. That's smoke and mirror stuff.

I only know one honest conservative Christian anti-abortion male: Dr. Terry Hughes of the University of Maine, award winning professor of Geology and Glaciology of the Antarctic. He said he protested publicly against abortion on a street corner in Bangor every Thursday because he said it would get him into heaven and for no other reason.

Wow.

I have no problem at all with someone who is personally pro-life and places their own value on the unborn.

It's when they believe that their views should be forced on others, by law esp, that are a bother. And the hypocritical moralizing when they ignore the entirety of the life and future of the woman as if she is less than the unborn. Or her right to those things is less than for the unborn. That is a judgement that no one else should make for an individual pregnant woman.

To value quantity, a heartbeat, over quality of life....I disagree with that morally. But I believe people have the right to believe otherwise...just not find ways to force it on women or disrespect women because of it.

My expertise is owing to the posts of Abortion Apologists and Internet Skeptics very much like your posts.

Your post makes no sense, esp. since you failed to defend your OP topics in each of those as well.

Really, lady, don't you have anything to say?

Sure, when you try to refute those posts. Which you have failed to do.

For almost 500 posts.

And skip the self-righteous outrage...and denials...just do so. Or stop pretending you can.

But you just ignore the trith and re=post this silly nonsense. You apparently have a rep for intelligent posts. That's what I've read at any rate. But you've shown no hint of that in my threads. Why? Because you are flummoxed by a Pro-Choice position that is also Pro-life and Anti-abortion? I don't know. I sure would like to see some of that intelligent posting though. Sure would.
Pleasant day to you, ma'am. (Imagine me tipping my stetson here.)

Once again, your one-liners are not counter-arguments. So sad...you complain all the time that people dont legitimately refute your arguments...and here you are...writing 'na huh' and not offering a single counter-argument.

Early abortions are best for the woman’s health.

Waiting until the second trimester puts the woman’s health at a greater risk.
And what of the health of the human life destroyed by abortion?
