Well...I am not a mental health professional, so my personal opinion carries no weight in regards to the "scientific" term "paranoid whackadoodles." (A term which must of course have come from somewhere in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM–5) provided by the American Psychiatric Association).
My lay opinion is that this couple hold extreme religious views on the subject. That they are quoting from, and interpreting the meaning of, terms from their Religious texts.
I don't agree with their interpretations. But I see nothing wrong in their spouting them; you know, non-violent freedom of expression even when I don't agree with what's being said?
I doubt they are going to convince enough people to change the law on a woman's right to choose.
I am still Pro-Choice, and nothing they've said convinces me otherwise. :shrug:
