Setting the record straight on late term abortion

Even so you still haven't answered my question. Would you be willing to adopt all these unwanted, abused, neglected, or impoverished children?

Your strong opposition to abortion indicates you must love children and would enjoy having a slew of them in your life, yes?

As I said, the demand for newborn American babies is much higher than the demand. They will have no problem finding homes. The kids who have trouble getting stuck in the foster care system are not newborns.

The demand is high so that means you personally would be willing to adopt all these unwanted children that might have been aborted, yes?

Oh so they had sex without contraception against their will? Interesting...

Well some did. It's called rape. But anyone pregnant can have an abortion for any reason. And that is great

That’s a non sequitur. Be more logical please.

For clarity's sake, is this on the subject of purely late-term abortion, or can we broaden that discussion?

If you get raped it’s on you to keep a close eye on things and find out you’re pregnant while your embryo is in its first few weeks of life and not yet a person. That would be an example of a permissible abortion. I know that little bit of nuance is going to blow your tiny mind lol

I’m happy to talk as broadly as you want...

Wait....you are saying it turns into a person as an embryo? What exact time please?

It's a valid question which you are obviously avoiding.

It's pretty apparent that you're just another hypocritical, meddling pro-lifer that doesn't want to face reality. Roe v Wade has been the the law since 1973 and the women and their doctors that make this decision would be turned into felonious criminals if you and your ilk had your way.

Nevermind. Imma go to a different thread before people (likely me) start eating each other.

So you would put the burden on the woman that was raped - the victim - instead of the scumbag that did the raping? Lovely!

Personhood begins somewhere in the development of an embryo, yes, but since it’s a grey area, being conservative means accepting it’s a person once it becomes a fetus.

Wait....so it's not a human being at conception? What is it then? A chicken? Lol

Lol no, it’s not a valid question. Your question presupposes that unaborted babies won’t have a home. The reality is that they all would. I wouldn’t be able to adopt one if I tried (which I wouldn’t want to do) because of the long line ahead of me and the fact that I’m not married.
And yeah I’d say that making infanticide a felony is pretty appropriate.

The study linked below seems to be widely regarded as the best information on the topic of late term abortion. In it you’ll find some inconvenient truths for the pro-abortion camp. Among those are: 1) there are (at least) several thousand late term abortions every year in the US conducted for flippant reasons, i.e. not having to do with fetal anomalies or the life of the mother being at risk; 2) at least a few thousand late term abortions are performed each year in the US simply because the mother is already a single mother and doesn’t want to be raising another child on her own. (The reasons for the other half of the unnecessary late term abortions aren’t any better); and 3) there is no shortage of abortion clinics offering late term abortions. (Women seeking a late term abortion contacted 2.2 clinics on average before finding one that would perform their procedure as opposed to 1.7 clinics for women seeking first trimester abortions).

What is a late term abortion?

Huh? Lol you’re suggesting that the rapist monitor the woman’s menstrual cycle and pregnancy test results and make appointments with her doctor for further testing, etc?

At conception? At conception is a zygote, which is a human being, yes, but not a person, which is a legal term. I hope you’re writing all this down sweetheart.

A fetus is a person? In what state, city or town in the US is that true?
