Yes, Anti-Aborts are Crazy

What is a pregnant woman guilty of?

And how is justified killing 'wanton slaughter?' Are self-defense, war, assisted suicide, "pulling the plug," all 'wanton slaughter?'

We must be getting too "uppity" for white males to tolerate. We no longer know our "place". Gilead here we come.

That's an ignorant position you have, but since it's all you've got.....

Is it really?? The GOP certainly seems to care much more about their gun rights than children's lives. You don't want women to have abortions so what's supposed to happen to all those "extra" children??
Unintended consequences??

Going for the personal attack tells me that's all you got.

If you can't take care of yourself maybe abortion should be required given that it is a legal option. Why should the taxpayer foot the bill for generations?

There you have the absolute crux of the whole matter. You want all those "babies" born but you have no avenue to take care of them. Who cares what happens after they're born??

Where has anyone argued it’s OK to gun down kids in schools or church’s or movie theaters?

Has the GOP done anything to curb gun violence?? Take your time. They offer to arm teachers and build "safe rooms" in the classroom.
Deal with the problem? Oh hell no - can't mess with those 2nd amendment rights.

Yes there are those who argue for the life of those fertilized eggs.

I don't understand why the GOP - who keeps saying they want smaller government wants to be involved in my vagina. Looking to hire more workers?? Who's going to be the gender police??

It as absolutely no one's business. Right now, I have the right to privacy. You really want to start messing with privacy rights?? Oh..............the GOP already has.

Personally I think 24 weeks is a bit on the long side, if you know you are pregnant at week 6, I cannot see why you have to wait another 18 weeks to make a decision. 16-18 weeks seems long enough for regular elective abortions, between 16/18 and 22 for extreme cases (incest, rape, serious medical issues for the woman, serious defects of the fetus) and after 22 weeks just to save the mothers life or to abort a fetus who's defects are so severe that it would be a sin/immoral to allow it to be born.

I don't really disagree, one can't account for every contingency.

Your own source says there are 17.5 out of 100,000 on average pregnancy related deaths in the US. that is .0017%.

3rd world is not the "developed world".

I doubt the US has the highest maternal death rate in the developed/modern world. Generally such stats rely on info provided by Govts form countries with socialized healthcare, who are desperate to look more successful than they actually are.

There is no such thing as gender police. They can just subpoena records from drug stores of women that bought pregnancy tests or subpoena records from the hospital or planned parenthood.

Every test sold?

And the records are priviledged info...there must be probable cause to access them. Being pregnant isnt a crime. But women would just not go to a Dr if they took the test and decided not to go thru with the pregnancy.

For example, if a mother dumped a dead newborn baby in a cooler sailing the Hudson River, how do you think the police would investigate that? They would probably look at people that bought pregnancy tests at local drug stores or ask around nearby health clinics and gather patients info.

There are millions of pregnancies a year. Are they going to check every pregnancy test bought to see if the mother had a kid?

So the suspects would be the tens of thousands of women who took a pregnancy test?

Next thing you know you will want to round up all the women who "say" they had miscarriages.:(

You're simply wrong. Full stop.
U.S. Has The Worst Rate of Maternal Deaths In The Developed World : NPR

On another note, you should read Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, it might help you cope with this world you find so confusing.

So you are ok with cops investigating all women who bought pregnancy tests with the hope of finding one person?

I saw a similar article about the US having the highest infant mortality rates. And then I did some research and found that the US is almost the only country on earth that counts premature birth deaths in the infant mortality rates, that without that stat disparity the US suddenly has the lowest infant mortality rates. If I had time (I don't now) I bet I could find similar discrediting info on this BS you put up.

Yep you're right, our healthcare is great. How pathetic of a low bar can you find? Pathetic useless deplorable "libertarians"

That’s crazy do understand that that many women have negative results on with pregnancy test kits?

Periods are late for many reasons other than pregnancy.

The police need to be given and have access to all relevant information and evidence to do their job.

I guess the police have nothing of higher priority to investigate.

Yeah, I can picture It now.

I guess Every pregnancy Test kit will have a code , the name and address of each person who buys kit must be recorded so the police can make sure the woman is pregnant. If she is not pregnant then why not?
If she claims she did not use the kit yet , she must show the unopened kit with the code and matching receipt.

If she had a miscarriage. Then the police must send over a team of investigates and get more details.

Yeah , and I feel sorry for the women who have polysistic overy syndrome ( PCOS) who were trying to become
Pregnant but ended up with a negative test and a visit from the police too.

Please cite a reliable source for this.

One does not give ID to purchase a pregnancy test. How would the pharmacy know who bought them? BTW, they can also be purchased at some dollar stores.
