Heartbeat Abortion Bill

Which you clearly chose to adopt and own.

Because.....there's no such thing as a Talibornagain!

lol, ignorant fools who use that as a slur against pro-lifers are really laughable.
What do you think happens under a taliban rule if a woman is found pregnant out of wedlock?
You think they'll force the woman to carry the baby to full term? Dream on.

FYI.....it's the woman, (along with her unborn), who gets "aborted."

Taliban Execute Pregnant Woman

Bibi Sanubar was lashed 200 times and shot three times in the back of her head by a Taliban commander at a public trial in western Afghanistan. Sanubar had been accused of adultery; the man who allegedly had an affair with her has not been punished. An Afghan official confirmed that Qadis district, where Sanubar resided, is under full Taliban control.

Bibi Sanubar, 35, was kept in captivity for three days before she was shot dead in a public trial on Sunday by a local Taliban commander in the Qadis district of the rural western province Badghis.

The Taliban accused Sanubar of having an “illicit affair” that left her pregnant. She was first punished with 200 lashes in public before being shot, deputy provincial police chief Ghulam Mohammad Sayeedi told AFP.

“She was shot in the head in public while she was still pregnant,” Sayeedi said.

To compare the dictatorial Taliban to Christianity, only serves to diminish the sufferings of women under the Taliban rule.

Shame on you folks. You're willing to throw certain women under the bus, just to throw some cheap shots!

Pathetic.

so then this works for me too:

I'm going to stop rubbing it in, but I won't help you pull your foot out. Please wash your shoes...

Talibornagain, is not Taliban.....it's just a stupid made-up slur!

*All* words are made up. The language is fluid, ever changing.

Talibornagain

America's peculiar brand of evangelical born again christian facists.
The Talibornagain want to ban gay marriage and legalize assault weapons.

Urban Dictionary: Talibornagain

I'm telling you, Talibornagain is a silly, made-up slur which smacks of ignorance!

Fluid my foot.

You wanna use Urban Dictionary? Okay, let's use Urban Dictionary.
There! there's the so-called definition!

:doh

If talibornagain is about gay marriage and assault weapons -

what's that got to do with ABORTION?

Talibans don't want abortion in the sense that they'll execute the unmarried pregnant woman,
along with her unborn! NO ABORTION NECESSARY.
On the other hand, Christian pro-lifers are simply demanding that the unborn be not murdered - but to be delivered, and be given up for adoption (if the mother still wouldn't want the child).

So- to equate that with taliban is like equating an orange with an apple - that even a kindergarten would know, are not alike at all!
Lol, I can just see it now - the endless confused question from the kindergarten as he looks at the apple and the orange!

That's why I said it before - and I'll say it again:
Equating Taliban with Christianity minimizes the evil of Taliban rule, and it diminishes the sufferings of women under that rule.

How much more evidence do you want than to have Jesus opposing the killing of an adulteress?

Thus, it is a made-up slur that smacks of ignorance!

Oh, for pete's sake. *I* did not bring "talibornagain" into the discussion. I was merely pointing out that language is fluid - ever changing. And it is, even though you may not like it.

Because.....it's happening!
Abortion has become just another pregnancy-preventive measure.

No evidence of that. We were talking about late pregnancy terminations, you know, when the pregnancy was wanted but something went horribly wrong.

And why are we concerned about that? Women need to control fertility from approximately age 12 to age 45. Approximately 33 years, so it's not surprising that a woman would have multiple unexpected pregnancies.

Look to the positive side.
If more people use condoms - at least, STD wouldn't be spreading so fast, eh?

If murdering unwanted children is nothing to pro-choice - maybe, the spread of STD would be the argument
that everyone will agree with?

STDs on the rise: CDC says gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia hit record levels in U.S. - CBS News

That's just peachy, why don't you promote that? But remember, condoms have an 85% failure rate for pregnancy.

The Talibornagain was brought up on the first page of this thread - and it was brought up again by AltDoxyGen.

I know you're simply trying to explain it - but, I'm also explaining about it.

Oh well, I guess we're not on the same page. I latched on the statement why we had to legalize banning it.

I am! I've been using that as an argument on abortion - prevent pregnancy and std -
TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE!

But remember, condoms have an 85% failure rate for pregnancy.

Nothing in life is guaranteed. 85% ain't bad - especially if you accompany it with something else, like a pill or IUD. There must be other new stuffs that I haven't heard about.....
