In the womb a fetus, outside of the womb a baby. It is very simple but then again abortion is to prevent (in most cases of abortions) to ever get to the fetal stage of the pregnancy.

Anyway, it's pretty funny how the Left demonizes everyone and anyone for sharing even the most trivial characteristics with someone evil, yet their entire platform is built on people uttering rhetoric that is responsible for hundreds of millions of deaths in the last few centuries alone. It boggles the mind to think Orange man = racist for saying we should build a wall, but Sanger = freedom activist for saying we should exterminate all blacks. Oy.

God allowed Hitler to murder Jews. That did not mean Hitler was right and did not mean Hitler and his deluded bloody wicked supporters were going to get away with murder by making it legal. It should be noted that all those bloody murdering savages ended up dead, many of them hanged or shot while still in their prime. God will judge the wicked. Just because He has not done so today does not mean they will still get away with murder tomorrow.

No, no, & no.

The US Supreme Court found in Roe v. Wade for the pregnant woman's unlimited right to a surgical procedure (abortion) in the first trimester of pregnancy. TMK, her income never came up as justification for the court's ruling.

The US Supreme Court @ the time were all men, & they were all over the political spectrum (I think - I haven't looked into that). If they were all Leftists, then your argument goes down the drain in the US for @ least the next century or so. Candidates for the US Supreme Court are typically drawn from high achievers on a federal district court bench.

murdering babies Under Roe, abortion of the fetus before its viability is specifically not murder. A fetus before viability is not a person, from the legal point of view.

@ the Constitutional Convention, the US was planned & designed as a secular government. The Founding Fathers could easily have established a state religion - in fact, that was the pattern in Europe @ the time. & Europe had been convulsed by a series of religious/national wars for centuries. The Founding Fathers didn't want any part of that - they were children of the Enlightenment, & wanted to promote political unity, civility, & good (just) government.

They therefore turned away from establishing a state church, & instead left matters of conscience up to individuals. Nor is any religious test required for candidates for federal office - provisions which eventually were subsumed into state constitutions.

So - Will God punish the malefactors & sinners of the World? Possibly, but in his own good time - possibly not until the end of the World. Therefore, poor humans that we are, we'll struggle along to treat each other justly here below in this vale of tears, including trying & punishing people who break the law.

Laws legalizing the murder of Jews or babies are not legitimate and people went to jail or were executed 70 years ago for obeying those kinds of laws which violated basic human rights.

That is just plain stupid and has nothing to do with abortion. And no, many nazi's lived out their lives free and unpunished in Germany but this is about the legal right to abortion and right of women to make choices for their own reproductive situations.

I believe puppies and human babies should be treated with love and compassion, not euthanasia. Does a mother feel unloved if society does not allow her to get rid of her baby before it is born? Maybe.
