[W:94]21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

WORD DANCING.

How about at the POINT OF DELIVERY...still a "fetus"?

EDUCATE YOURSELF.

Yes you are word dancing...and SCREAMING a lot....:2rofll:

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

What's interesting is that the people getting abortions skew heavily minorities. Democrats are literally preventing their voting base from reproducing. This, I think, could lead to their own downfall. I think it would be smart, if not cynical, of republicans to endorse free abortions for minority populations and increase access in ONLY minority neighborhoods.

Wow.
Just, wow.

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

That's a non-viable fetus...educate yourself....take it out of the womb and see how long it lives without the mother's assistance.

And what about VIABLE FETUSES...NO BABY can SURVIVE WITHOIUT ASSISTANCE..der….

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

Planned Parenthood was FOUNDED by SANGER, and aborts MORE BLACK BABIES than any other.

I'd sya Planned Parenhood is REPRESENTING HER, QUITE WELL.

No one forces anyone to abort.

Re: The locations were deliberate

Yes. EUGENICS.

And Planned Parenthood aborts FAR MORE BLACK/BROWN BABIES than any other...TRUE TO SANGER's PLAN(s).

No, Sanger wasn't a eugenicist - except in a positive way - she thought families that were well off should have more children than they usually did. But she would go anywhere & talk to anyone about the work of PP. & she was forever trying to raise funds for the work.

@ the time that PP located BC centers in or near working-class areas of cities, those were national-origin or ethnic areas - Italian, Portuguese, Irish, Jewish. I don't think there were many Black nor Hispanic areas then, I'd have to look. Those areas have changed, there are probably more Blacks & Hispanics than any other groups there now.

& I mentioned that Sanger was opposed to abortion. You should find some neutral source to read about her.

Re: She's had the last laugh for some time now

No one denies her being highly motivated.

Sanger "wasn't racist" ? GET SERIOUS.

Sanger’s eugenics project carried its own racial preoccupation. In a letter of Dec. 10, 1939, to Clarence Gamble (cited here), she explains the nature of her organization’s outreach to the African-American community: “The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to get out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

In her autobiography she proudly recounts her address to the women of the Ku Klux Klan in Silver Lake, N.J., in 1926.

HILARIOUS. Makeup some more nonsense.

Yah, that letter to Gamble was selectively quoted. Read the whole thing @ Smith College's Sanger archive.

& yah, she'd go anywhere to talk about PP. & she'd stand next to eugenicists & talk about PP. But that doesn't make her a proponent of negative eugenics.

Re: She's had the last laugh for some time now

A regular Mother Theresa among leftist liberals today. I doubt she will be honored by God in the judgment.

Was Mother Theresa beloved of Liberals? I'm not sure, I don't recall hearing her name in those circles.

Will God honor Sanger in judgment? We'll just have to wait & see.

& where is Comstock today?

Once again...backup your claims...please provide the "context" that FIXES THIS:

IOW keep them quiet , while we eliminate them.

Awaiting the "context" that exonerates her racist eugenics....

The first two were asked & answered.

The Jesuits usually have good minds. I'll have to look @ what Fr. Conley has to say.

Planned Parenthood represents HER,, by butchering MORE BLACK/BROWN BABIES than any other...BY FAR.

Her STATED GOAL....

This again? (For the 3rd time?)

SDS, anyone?

1.) Yes is DOES. PP OVERHWELMINGLY kills more black/brown babies than any other...just like Sanger planned, and DETAILED.

2.) How asinine. Another pro-abortion leftist ignorant of how it is done. NO "VIOLENCE" in an ABORTION?
Astoundingly unaware.

3.) She is the RACIST FOUNDER of PLANNED PARENHOOD, who continue to KILL OVERHWLMINGLY MORE BLACK/BROWN babies than any other...EXACTLY AS SHE PLANNED.

WHY IS THE KILLING OF MORE BLACK/BROWN BABIES THAN ANY OTHER "OK" with you?

Hmmm. Is there such a thing as Sanger Derangement Syndrome? Can we christen this so, retrospectively?

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

God does not approve of abortion. Accept it.

When did you hear from him? Can I have his number?

Keeping the language straight

Try math.

•37% of women having abortions are white, 37% are black, 19% are Hispanic, and 7% other races.

56% of ALL ABORTIONS are BLACK/BROWN BABIES...just LIKE SANGER PLANNED.
Why won't you answer THE QUESTION?

WHY IS THE KILLING OF MORE BLACK/BROWN BABIES THAN ANY OTHER "OK" with you?

First of all, Sanger was opposed to abortion.

Secondly, PP offers services & referrals to services. PP doesn't recruit women to have abortions, the women go to PP for referrals.

Third, it's not BABIES that are aborted. Killing babies after birth would be murder, which is not allowed under Roe v. Wade. Fetuses (before they're born) are aborted.

Call the question

Oh..abortion is not killing a BABY? You're the one being intellectually dishonest.

AT LEAST ADMIT TO WHAT YOU SUPPORT.

Do tell... how about up to the POINT OF BIRTH, as the New Left Laws allow in several states.

Are they BABIES YET?

And more BLACK/BROWN BABIES are ABORTED than ANY OTHER...just as Sanger had planned.

Which New Left Laws allow in several states - what are the laws, which are the states? Just a list will do, but a link would be helpful.

DOA, scratched from competition

Planned Parenthood founded on racism, belief in protecting society against 'the unfit'

Planned Parenthood is largely the reason why black babies are aborted in America three times more often than white babies, ….

Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood on racism - Washington Times

Ah, the Rev. Moon's bought & paid for propaganda organ. I have to tell you, I don't trust a thing WA Times has to say. If you could find some reliable source, I'll give it a look. But the Moonies? No, thanks.

The depraved founder of the Abortion Mill's sick worldview...in a nutshell... GOALS of Planned Parenthood:

21 Quotes by Margaret Sanger that Will Probably Make You Sick

1. "But for my view, I believe that there should be no more babies."
-- Interview with John Parsons, 1947

2. "The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it."
-- Woman and the New Race, Chapter 5, "The Wickedness of Creating Large Families." (1920) Sanger, Margaret. 1920. Woman and the New Race

3. "We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population..."

-- Letter to Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, December 10, 1939, p. 2

21 Quotes by Margaret Sanger that Will Probably Make You Sick - TFP Student Action

Etc., etc,,,ad nauseum.

Sanger is long dead, so you're raping a ghost. Take whatever you like in whatever retarded context and pretend to your twisted god that she continues to define modern medicine. If that makes you feel good, do it. It's an absurd, conservative ritual, though that baffles me. Abortion rights are human rights for women, period. It doesn't matter what famous villain of yours liked them, long ago, or advocated their use in a way that is completely contradicted by ethical medicine. But, by all means, keep pretending you have a clue what you're talking about.

If you're so outraged about the past and Margaret Sanger's conspiracy against the "negro population", consider too what the NAZIs were doing at the time. Consider who actually comprised the fascist movement in the US. and what they were up to.

When The Bankers Plotted To Overthrow FDR : NPR

This country has always nurtured outside-the-box thinkers but some times, they think so far outside the box, they're thinking crazy, even criminal. Margaret Sanger may have been a minor monster in retrospect but she was created under pressure of oppression not through pure power hunger, like the rich, white American fascists did, like current fascists still do. Call her what you like, she did help a lot of women and the record of Planned Parenthood to offer low cost health services to women is above reproach.

If killing fetuses makes you that disgusted and sick, don't read the bible. They kill actual babies!

Moderator's Warning:
The discussion is centering around abortion. Moving.

There are enhanced rules in that forum. They are stickied at the top.

There is a lot of flame baiting going on. Address the topic, which is not each other.

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

God does not approve of abortion. Accept it.

Great, except for the fact that it is not a god who gets to decide whether or shot SHE wants an abortion, that is the woman in question. And she may be an atheist, or thinks differently about what gods approve of or not.

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

Yes, the wicked racist witch is dead and in hell. It's time to turn to forget the dead wicked and turn to God, thanking Him for His blessings on the living.

And that is why we have abortion rights, to protect the living, the living women that is. And all those who benefit from her choice to not have a child that she cannot raise/feed/clothe/house.

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

I don't have any urge to prove anything to wicked rebels against God. Let them believe whatever they want. God will not be mocked and what He has said He will do will be done.

That is untrue of course, it is we the people/democratic oversight/parliaments who get to decide what rights we give women when it comes to their reproductive rights. It is all us humans and luckily no civil rights trump religious objections when abortion is concerned.

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

....

The latest abortion surveillance report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which was published Friday but covers the year 2012, says that in the 26 states that reported abortions by the race and ethnicity of the women having the abortions, 55.4 percent were performed on black or Hispanic mothers

...

Your stats are old.

We have new stats from 2015.

From:

Based on areas that reported race and ethnicity data, the largest percentages of abortions in 2015 were had by non-Hispanic white women (36.9%) and non-Hispanic black women (36%). Hispanic women accounted for 18.5% of all abortions in 2015, while non-Hispanic women of other races made up 8.7%.

When and how are they getting abortions

Nearly two-thirds of all abortions in 2015 were performed at no later than eight weeks of gestation. More than 91% of abortions happened at 13 weeks or less of gestation.

Abortion rates in US reach a decade low, CDC reports - CNN

So you approve of Sanger's GOALS?

. "We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population..."
-- Letter to Dr. Clarence J. Gamble, December 10, 1939, p. 2

Having birth control available for women? Yup, totally agree with that goal.

Re: 21 Quotes from the Founder of Planned Parenthood, that will Make You Sick

She promoted abortion. Of MOSTLY MINORITIES. Period.

Please provide objective certification of that interesting take.

You mean other than reality?

During the years of her greatest influence she opposed abortion and sharply distinguished between birth control, which she saw as a fundamental right of women, and access to abortion, which she did not see as such a right. Already in 1916 when she opened her first birth control clinic she was employing harsh rhetoric against abortion. Flyers she distributed to women exhorted them in all capitals: "Do not kill, do not take life, but prevent." Sanger's patients were told "that abortion was the wrong way – no matter how early it was performed it was taking life; that contraception was the better way, the safer way – it took a little time, a little trouble, but it was well worth while in the long run, because life had not yet begun." Sanger consistently distanced herself from any calls for legal access to abortion, arguing that legal access to contraceptives would remove the need for abortion. Ann Hibner Koblitz has argued that Sanger's anti-abortion stance contributed to the further stigmatization of abortion and impeded the growth of the broader reproductive rights movement.
