In order to have an abortion what method should a women opt?

Whichever they and their doctors agree is most appropriate to their individual medical circumstances.

If one is looking for a stark difference, the medical abortion kills the fetus to save the mother's life and the abortion just kills the fetus.

In the end, both kill an unborn child.

Calling it a fetus only proves people are trying to lessen the severity of what they do and/or support.

Note: I'm not calling the fetus an inanimate object. It is living.

Didn't say you were. To call something a fetus doesn't mean you don't think it's living just not the same level as a child that has been born. When it comes to abortion, you either believe it's a life or you don't. If you do, aborting it is murder. If you don't and believe it's protected once it comes out, then aborting up to that time is acceptable to you.

Yes and all biologists and doctors hate the unborn too because they use the correct terms for human developmental stages

Incorrect. Medical abortion is one done by taking pills.

It's a life. Abortion, where legal, cannot be murder. It's not the govt's business what a woman does about her pregnancy.

Then you don't really believe it is a life unless you're willing to admit you accept the taking of a life because the one choosing to do what it took to get pregnant is inconvenienced with a result she knew could happen.

If it's not the government's business about what a woman does with her pregnancy, why is it the government's business to force those of us that didn't produce the child to support it when the woman's choice is to not have one?

Why do women that claim what they do with their bodies expect others to pay for it when they can't do so?

Who did women ask to determine whether or not an employer should provide contraception? It was the government. I thought the government was supposed to stay out of it.

They call it based on the stage of development. You baby killers call it that to justify it.

Yes, using the self-indulgent terms like 'baby' imagining little people in the womb out of ignorance or emotional manipulation is so much better than using the correct terms :doh

You don't get to determine what I believe or don't believe.

I have never said it was.

I don't know. Ask them, not me.

Can you show where I've said anything about that?

You get to determine it and when your words show what you believe, don't be surprised when people say what that is.

Do you support a woman that made a choice to have a child she can't afford getting social welfare?

I asked you. Do you have an answer?

Do you support employers being required to provide contraception as part of their insurance coverage?

Translation: I call it a fetus so I feel better about knowing I took an innocent baby's life.

It means the opposite of that. It means you are unable to support your argument unless you use inaccurate emotional rhetoric.

And it also indicates a person who cant separate fact from emotion and thus, self-indulgently imagines all sorts of 'fantasy babies' in strangers' wombs so they can stoke up their self-righteousness...no reality needed!

I accurately described those that call it a fetus in order to feel better about killing an innocent baby.

Those that have abortions should suffer mentally for the rest of their lives for what they did. Sleepless nights, nightmares, etc.

ANd yet, biologists, doctors, educated people who use the correct words when they write...like myself...use accurate wording.

And here you are, promoting ignorance and emotional rhetoric...in hopes it will fool someone into believing your self-indulgent fantasy about babies inside the womb  Another failure for you.

Neither of those questions are relevant to the thread. Why should I answer them when you wouldn't answer my question to you?

More excuses. You call yourself a Conservative but act like a Liberal. Why are you lying about that?

I know how I vote.

Then you're voting against what you claim you believe.

Since you claim to vote a certain, are you willing to prove it with verifiable evidence? If not, your claims mean nothing.
