Wrong. Doctors will offer abortions illegally and people like myself will make sure there's enough funding to make sure any woman who wants one, gets one.

By law in my State, every fire is supposed to be investigated for origin and cause.

Investigators are very good at finding arson. Prosecutors not so good at getting convictions.
