there will be a new vote on abortion. will this vote change the course of history?

your thoughts? your denials?

Let's hear your opinion on which parts of RvW they can change in order to restrict abortion before viability and not violate women's Constitutional rights?

That’s easy. RvW essentially applied the same standard to abortion that we have with self defense. But said the government is not doctors and because of the privacy of medical decisions shouldn’t be getting involved.

I say nonsense. The woman can still have her inherent right to defend her life and the government can still use the same compelling interest they do everywhere else to defend the needless taking of life for convenience.

Don't worry. The devil will not let Christians influence SCOTUS to stop the butchering of unwanted babies.

Wont happen. But it could effect cases that haven't been herd yet. That could allow for more fetus protection laws to be passed by congress.

If Roe vs Wade ever gets overturned what will the right use for talking points at election time? What's next? Go after anyone having an illegal abortion? Oh wait, let's persecute the person performing an abortion but ignore the person who sought to have the abortion - right? Maybe ban any instrument that could be used to perform an illegal abortion like coat hangers, knitting needles, bottles of soda, herbal concoctions, etc? Let's make it so unsafe that any female having an abortion could die of complications - oh wait - we already been down that road but it never prevented abortions!!

Roe is not getting overturned.

How? Please explain.

And of course, make sure her rights to privacy on all the levels that SCOTUS have upheld arent violated while doing so.

Cool. I knew he'd come around to the Lord's Word of love and compassion for *people* some day and leave the self-indulgent, grotesque fantasies about imaginary unborn to the weak-minded and judgemental. He'll catch up with them later

The obvious. Abortion. Naturally a person has the right to defend their life, and if their life is at risk they have the right to neutralize that risk. Even if that risk is being presented by an unwilling and unknowing participant. I doubt privacy is really a problem.

See that’s the problem with believing the devils lies. The unborn aren’t imaginary.

A woman's life is at risk with every single pregnancy. 86,700/yr women in the US die or suffer severe health damage (kidney failure, stroke, aneurysm, pre-eclampsia, etc) and obviously those could not be predicted or prevented.

it's a significant number of women and the tragedies have significant impact on their families, friends, and dependents.

No one should have the ability to demand women take that risk against their will...and at least the govt recognizes that.

This is the funniest, most ironic post I've seen in AGES!

You just chastised me for referring to the unborn of strangers as imaginary...using THE DEVIL as my source of information!

:lamo :lamo

The entire premise of being pro-life is to try and stop women you dont know from aborting unborn you have no idea exist.

It's called demanding big govt intruding into personal lives and violating people's Constitutional rights.

Just because pregnancy has risks doesn’t mean every pregnancy is a life threatening situation. To suggest it is, is just not honest.

So it’s Ok to murder people as long as some people don’t know they exist. I demand big government intrudes on all sorts of crimes. Especially if it involves the death of someone. No where in the Constitution is anyone guaranteed the right to kill another for convenience.

Did you not read my post? All those dead and harmed women? The risk 'are not predictable nor always preventable'. Dont you think they would have been, if it was possible? :doh 86,700 in the US/yr. Significant.

Yes, every single pregnancy has the potential to kill the mother.

There are no 'people' being aborted. There is no 'someone' being aborted. Abortion is not murder.

Strike Three.

Nowhere in the Constitution or any SCOTUS decision does the unborn have any rights at all.

Kavanaugh will almost certainly be confirmed because the deck is stacked in his favor. That will make 22% of sitting SCOTUS members serving with the dark cloud of sexual indiscretions hanging over their heads ( both Conservatives,Both Republicans, both males) If Roe vs. Wade is overturned,America will finally feel the true wrath of a woman scorned. No way in hell the largest demographic group in the country will sit idly by and allow a bunch of old males to determine what they can do,or can't do with their own bodies.

Men should see the light...they're the ones stuck with child support.

Such a waste, but it may happen.

And the saddest, most hypocritical thing about it will be a man who tried to have his own daughter aborted was the key player in getting it overturned, for no other reason than to pander to his base that doesn't have enough sense to come in from outta the rain.
