To overturn Roe v Wade 1973 will require overturning following decisions like Planned Parenthood vs Casey 1992. PP vs Casey validated R v W and created a new definition for viability and restricted government from imposing undue burden on women who seek an abortion.

If these precedents are overturned, women will be subject to the denial of Due Process and Equal Protection Under The Law. This means that women will no longer be entitled to the right to privacy, self-determination, Liberty to manage their reproductive roles and health. Each State will be free to take interests at the moment of conception. Medical providers will be required to report to their respective State authorities all women who are diagnosed as pregnant.

America will become a living nightmare for women.

Men who rant and rage about the inability to opt out of unwanted pregnancies - will no longer have an argument for opting out.

Good, i wish more doctors held positions like that and especially were consulted or in charge of insurance or when the government tries to get involved with peoples rights/healthcare.

PP is a very valuable organization in the healthcare system. theres around 33 in my state and only 11 actually do abortions. The amount of work and education they do is greatly needed. The Irony is it can easily be argued that PP does more than any other org in the country to prevent unwanted pregnancy. The long time witch hunt against them as always been laughable transparent and dishonest especially when many hospitals and private practices and similar orgs provided abortion services as well.

The nutters against them i never really take seriously especially when some of them bomb or try to attack PPs and then you find out its a PP that doesnt even offer abortions... how dumb can they be. Its like the retards and imbeciles that attacked Indian people after 9/11... simple misguided, monumentally stupid, uneducated insanity and rage filled, vile people.

Well, I told Z to correct his miss deeds. As we speak I am sure he is out saving Belgium. I of course will not take any credit, nor should I. However, those who paid attention saw it unfold.
