Would you pay to prevent an abortion?

I know several guys that keep a Cuban chick on a leash. Women in Cuba are more controlled by money than anyplace else I have seen. Many will agree to be a kept woman for $30 per month and will be available to the tourist when he visits irrespective if she finds a boyfriend or even a husband. They are also no more hesitant about getting an abortion than a haircut. Here's the scenario: You take a $75 burner cell phone on your trip. The cute cleaning girl at the B&B comes into your room and notices that her boss is away. She closes the door and slides her panties off, asking which you like better, your cell phone or her body. You reply, give me a moment to think about it as you wipe all the data from the phone a remove your SIM chip. You then tell her, why your body of course. A few months later the owner of the B&B tells you she's pregnant. He also tells you that she is carefully watched by her parents who are respected officials in the Communist Party. He further tells you that very few men travelling alone have been guests at the B&B since you left. You call her and she says it could only be yours. She says, no problem, she will just "get rid of it", no worries. If she were willing to carry the pregnancy to term for $40 per month, would you pay it? If a DNA test were done after the birth and it was proven to be yours, would you pay her $40 per month to raise it? Keep in mind that your child would be raised saluting images of Fidel Castro and shouting "long live the revolution".

If it is then this is the kind of trolling I can appreciate. I mean, it held my attention to the end. Some real thought was put into that. Demented, bizarre thought, but thought nonetheless.

Putting all the concern on politics is a free pass for parents of the "correct" politics. After all, they're taking care of the "most important thing". It's insidious.

Not trolling. Serious question. You guys are so parochial; these things really do happen. Maybe you think it's trolling because lots of men would think no more of having their child aborted than the woman would. The stupidest men are the ones that consider them more than friends with benefits. I know of a guy that had a house built for his Cubana, then when he went to stay in the house he had built, she told him to get lost.

I would pay the 40 bucks per month in that situation, if you're interested. In such as situation, it would be stupid to even breathe a word about taking such a child to your country. The grandparents would likely go to war with you with the possibility of you winding up in a Cuban prison on fabricated charges.

No one posting on this thread, that is a male, had the courage to say what they would do in a situation like this. The OP didn't mention, this child coming into the world, may break up an already on going marriage, ruin the fathers reputation, loose him his job etc.

My guess would be almost every man that got himself into this kind of situation would pay for an abortion before they would pay to keep the child. Of course after paying for the abortion what would come next? Also was there really a baby and just what kind of people are these folks that are trying to extort money. Sounds like a terrifying mess to find yourself in. Best stay away from these Cuban hookers.

IMO there's *no question* that in this macabre scenario, it's inconceivable anyone would encourage the birth. (pun intended)

Abortions are free in Cuba. What I'm describing is not a Cuban hooker, which is known as a Jinetera. These are working class women that see tourists spending more on a fancy meal than they earn in a month. Stealing is severely punished, offering their bodies isn't if they are discreet about it. Some can't resist the temptation.

It's too kind of you to offer legitimate commentary. The OP is all about misogyny and political supremacy. Ultimately, it excuses all treatment of women and children provided the correct politics are in the house. That's what it's about.

Of course she would have it, unless the man was stupid enough to pay the seven months upfront. She would consider the pregnancy as a job. Once the child was born, the woman and the tourist would be at the mercy of the grandparents. Such anti-abortion tourists would have no choice but to defer to the grandparents with an attitude "I'm here to help."

All of it feeds into a narrative: Women and communists are stupid whores and children only have value according to political indoctrination. Treating them in any way is acceptable if the correct politics are in the house.

For you to propose it shows your opinion of most men and your imagined pride in your own choice of a woman over whom you believe you have complete control and thus being superior to 'most' men.

Give it a rest, no one is impressed with your living situation. It sounds pathetic and it's sad that there are children growing up with that example.

As if they're any different than the conservatives here in America that cheat on their wives, get another woman pregnant, and then try to get her to abort. (We see this commonly in our wonderful conservative, OUTSPOKENLY pro-life politicians).

The fetus/child's life was predicated on political environment. That presumably holds post birth. Kids aren't getting any better a deal than women in the OP. Both are property and all that matters is 'sieg heil'.
