A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The argument that all people are in the Militia from birth to death is a interesting argument to have firearms. Still, the socialist argument to counter that is: a well regulated Militia. If everyone is in the Militia, and the states and the national government can control everyone from birth to death. I support abortions as the mode to control over populations. The right of a woman to have a legal abortion, is her second amendment right. She is part of the people, and her right shall not be infringed, and she can regulate adding or withdrawing another member being born into the Militia.
 
Abortion has nothing to do with the 2A.

Do not be upset. Having a baby is really a military judgement. In that terms, we have already to many unneeded babies.

I support pro abortion, as no woman has the right to have a baby. The religious right support the idea that everyone is a member of the Militia and has the right to own a firearm. If you join the military, and your overweight ... the Military has the right for you to lose weight. If we use the rights argument, then everyone can be controlled by the government. Therefore, if you have a child, then the government has the right to see if you have the education, the skills to raise the child, and so on. Therefore, you can be ordered to have a abortion for the betterment of the state.

China has had a positive society dealing with a one child policy. Nobody has called that policy a dark fantasies or as a despotic nightmare. If America was going to have a one child policy as well, it would come from the second amendment. Since were in the Trump era, and America is withdrawing from Europe and the Pacific, and building bad will with Canada. For you New Zealand, China will be the new master of the Pacific during the twenty-first century. Maybe China can build a island very close to you.

If you want a Bernie Sanders utopia of people making $15 an hour. You just pass a law saying any woman making less then $15 an hour you cannot have a baby. America should stop looking at Europe as a utopia ideology. They should look at the positive policies of China, and America should become the next China.

I don't see why you want to have woman be forced to have a baby and then the militia use that baby in a series of indoctrination procedures to increase our military standing so that we can stop Europe and embrace Chinese dictatorial policies of a one child utopian success story under a new Bernie Sanders oppressive regime limiting people to a $15 dollar an hour wage. This makes no sense. No sense at all.

I do not want women to be forced to have a baby. I want a woman to have less babies, I am pro abortion. There is nothing wrong with China. In fact, I wish I was born in China then being born in America. If we want to end poverty, we need to end the poor. If we really want to save the earth, we need to get the human population down to less than one billion people by the end of the century.

The "militia" and the "people" are separate entities, therefore the right of the "militia" and the "people" to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

What the earth needs is a single world government. And the model of this single world government is not the United States of America. The model is China. The United States of America is withdrawing from the world. China is moving into Africa and building friendship with a new market of raw material for their economy. If you want to be a player in the Pacific during the twenty-first century, you have to deal with China. The United States of America has decided to withdraw from that leadership.

They are equal to each other. That is a conservative argument. The government can regulate the human body of its citizens.

They may be equal, but the right of the "people" to keep and bear arms is not dependent upon the "militia".

Democracy is the worst forum of government. There was a good movie a few years ago, called The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008). It was the best answer to the problem of humanity

My point, since everyone is a member of the Militia. Then you can have firearms, but, the government can control all of its people. Since they have that control, they can decide if you can live or you must die. We just have way to many people. Time to get ride of the unwanted
