Right. If you cared about taxpayers money you wouldnt support Robin Hood wealth transfer schemes, but you do. And you would express equal outrage at wasteful use of taxpayer dollars by states who oppose Trump at every turn from everything from gun control to immigration. But the truth is, you dont care how much is wasted in the pursuit of your agenda.

Few realize that “beginning with the Framers” up to fairly modern times - women weren’t truly intended to have rights. Not the types of rights that gave them autonomy to have full control over their own lives. For a very long time women didn’t have the right to own property or vote. But really there was a list of social impacts on women because they lacked a variety of rights. And over time gender equality has slowly emerged. But true gender equality is still a double edged sword.

But you’re pretty much right about the control issue. For example if persons like Mike Pence were King in Washington. He would attempt to set back women’s rights about 150 years. The sales of scrub boards and diapers would skyrocket.

No rights and/or diminished rights = control

The point was a jab at the way I currently think the Trump admin is picking judicial (and many other) nominees. Pence does it because Trump doesn't care. Pence is a corporatist Christian evangelical taliban type, and that's the kind of people they have been appointing. The evangelical version of the Bible is the only law that matters - the constitution means nothing to them unless it matches their religious ideas.

And despite numerous opportunities to simply deny what I posted, you have refused to do so. Why? Because its true. And you know it. But rather than be honest about your own positions you have decided to pretend to be a victim. Sorry, but thats kinda funny.

A victim? Of what or whom? The only thing I’m a victim of is you making dishonest claims about things that you aren’t remotely privy to. And that includes my beliefs, opinions, or my position regarding how the government utilitzes taxpayer funds in the interests and welfare of children.

You have the ****ing audacity to make personal claims about me without bringing on a shed of evidence to make the claims in the first place.

When you attack people who hasn’t engaged you - who hasn’t raise an argument with you in any capacity - and you pull accusations about their belief systems out of thin air - is seriously ****ed up.

First of all, I am not attacking you. I am simply highlighting your selective outrage. Secondly, dude, you are a liberal with 25,000 posts here. Your views are hardly an unknown and your over-the-top outrage over the exposure of your beliefs should tell you something. What should it tell you, you ask? That if you are that ashamed of your own position--a position, by the way, that you wont even deny--then perhaps you should shelve your phony outrage and question the things you currently believe but are to afraid to admit. If you arent proud of what you stand for, maybe you should stand for something else, no?

AH, MORE IDIOCY FROM THE ANTI-ABORTION PEANUT GALLERY. How about "What happened to moving out of Tornado Alley unless you wanted your house demolished?" Or, "What happened to moving out of Florida (hurricane alley) unless you wanted your house demolished?" Or, "What happened to moving out of a river valley unless you wanted your house flooded?" Or, "What happened to moving out of California (earthquake alley) unless you wanted your house demolished?" Or, "What happened to staying at home unless you wanted to be in an auto accident?"

FOLKS TAKE MANY DIFFERENT RISKS IN LIFE. Often they do it because unwanted consequences can be mitigated (such as via "insurance"). With respect to sex, abortion is one way to mitigate a particular unwanted consequence. Yet abortion opponents idiotically claim that that particular consequence should not be mitigated. Even though not one of them can offer a valid reason why. Tsk, tsk!

INCORRECT. Arrogance is actually the first sign of corruption, as in "power corrupts". The type of power doesn't matter. Various folks have become arrogant after acquiring knowledge-power, or money-power, or military power, or political power, or some other type of power.

SO, since it is well-known that conservatives tend to have more power than liberals (what do you think they are trying to "conserve", eh?), it is more logical to claim that conservatives are more likely to be arrogant than liberals.
