The fees for a clinic abortion and a abortion pill (in 2009 ) are about the same at about 10 weeks pregnancy.

The Guttmacher Institute found that in 2009 (the most recent year Data is available ), the average cost for a surgical abortion at 10 weeks was $470, of which women paid $451. The average cost of the abortion pill was $490, of which women paid $483.

The issue is that they think only in terms of abortions for profit. This is not a private mds office where the doc is wanting to buy a vacation home
