Feds cut millions in funds to Texas teen pregnancy prevention programs

Woooooooooooo Hooooooooooooo! Idiocracy continues to grow in America..and especially the knuckle dragging Texas Legislators who are high on the idiot list.

The Trump administration is cutting $200 million in funding to teen pregnancy prevention programs.

That’s about $8.6 million in cuts for programs in Texas.

The move cuts short five-year grants awarded by the Obama administration.

Apparent these idiots haven't read the recent news that teen pregnancy is down....way down (double digit down) from just the last few years, thanks to these types of programs.

PREVENTION IS WORKING YOU IDIOTS! The long-term savings on taxpayers would be substantially more than the amount being cut.

If the article is accurate in what is being cut then I myself as a pro-lifer think the cuts are highly stupid and counter productive.
 
Am I the only one shocked a program to 3 charter schools gets 4.6+ million in Fed funds?

We need cuts almost everywhere.
 
I don't think this administration thinks about long term savings nor do they seem to care about the health and wellbeing of our teens .

It will take a few minutes. They got to decide which of the two gets #1. Some folks have to remind us that Obama was not completely off-base about the god and guns comment.

You know what's funny, I believe in god and I own guns. I NEVER took his comment as a negative because in context it was 100% true. He was referring to uneducated single issue or limited issue voters that do in fact act like sheep. He never once implied there's anything wrong with god fearing or pro 2nd. Can't say I was a huge fan of his administration cause I wasn't but that's definitely one of the things that was NOTHING to cry about and was made up.
