Linked from Drudge is a Washington Times article about the contents of the 3-minute video that the Center for Medical Progress released yesterday. Here are just two quotes:

Ann Schutt-Aine, director of abortion services at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, says she’ll hold a fetus in place with forceps to prevent partial-birth abortions. “If I’m doing a procedure, and I’m seeing that I’m in fear that it’s about to come to the umbilicus, I might ask for a second set of forceps to hold the body at the cervix, and pull off a leg or two, so it’s not [partial-birth abortion],” she says.

…Lisa Harris, medical director at Planned Parenthood of Michigan, says pro-choice proponents should just admit that abortion is murder. “Let’s just give them all the violence,” she says. “It’s a person. It’s killing. Let’s just give them all that.” Planned Parenthood executives joke about decapitating fetuses in new video - Washington Times

Hot Air, the Blaze, Newsbusters, and other sources have articles too that embed the video, but it has been yanked by YouTube. I hope the video will remain up at the Washington Times link, but in case it doesn’t, I’ve watched it and confirm that these remarks were actually made.

There's a court ordered injunction against Center for Medical Progress prohibiting them from releasing recordings and material illegally obtained at NAF meeting....


Today, the Ninth Circuit affirmed the district court’s order granting NAF a preliminary injunction prohibiting Biomax Procurement Services LLC, the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), David Daleiden, and Troy Newman from releasing recordings and materials they illegally obtained at NAF’s educational meetings...

The Ninth Circuit rejected the defendants’ claims that they were released from their contractual obligations because they obtained evidence of criminal wrongdoing:

“Given the district court’s finding, which is supported by substantial evidence, that the tapes contain no evidence of criminal activity, and its recognition of several states’ ongoing ‘formal efforts to secure the NAF recordings,’ the preliminary injunction carefully balances the interests of NAF and law enforcement. We therefore decline the request…to modify the injunction.”​

....Today’s ruling comes hours after the California Attorney General filed a criminal complaint and arrest warrant detailing 15 felony charges against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt for recording confidential conversations and felony conspiracy...."

Apparently, the Center for Medical Progress doesn't think the law applies to them.

It sounds like the baby killers do not want the truth to apply to them
 
If laws are being broken, investigate, press charges, and take it to court for a judge and jury to determine the outcome.

Plain and simple.

To date I don't think any of these "videos" have been proven to be anything other than highly edited propaganda pieces.

Maybe one day one of them will prove to be true evidence of actual illegal activity.

If so, my first sentence stands.

The videos must have some value or the pro abortion side would not be freaking out over them

except we have no evidence that any murders take place during abortions. We do not know what abortions they are talking about, for all we know these were fetuses that had no viability or had to be aborted for other medical reasons.

And do you have evidence of murder? Nope, didn't think so, you just have some part of some video which may or may not be accurate. Doesn't change the fact that it is not murder.

Killing innocent human beings is murder

That is my opinion

You can call it a legal execution if you wish.

But if its not so bad why are the abortionists so afraid of their own words being made publlic?

I'm not pro abortion.
I am pro choice and I can honestly say , I have enough knowledge about how and why and under what circumstances elective abortions take place and I am not freaking out about this edited propaganda.

Actually abortion is the ending of pregnancy.
There are more spontaneous abortions ( miscarriages ) that take place place in the US than elective abortions.

Having access to birth control and elective abortions is a religious liberty health choice.

Abortion is the deliberate killing of an innocent human being

And while while the pro choice crowd approves of killing they don't want the executioners at PP to talk about it on the record

NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT, although I don't know why she didn't mention cutting the umbilicus so that the unborn human animal can quickly die painlessly from lack of oxygen. In other words, we don't worry about how much pain we cause various other animals when we kill them (see you nearest rat trap), so we don't necessarily need to worry about causing pain when killing an unborn human animal. However, for the benefit of those who do worry about such things, then as I've stated before, the first part of an abortion procedure should be to cut the umbilicus inside the womb.

SHE DIDN'T USE THE WORD "MURDER". However, she is totally wrong to call an unborn human a person. It is just a mere-animal entity, and will remain a mere-animal entity even after birth. While the Law will grant "legal person" status to a newborn human, that doesn't change Objectively Measurable Facts about the generic differences between persons and mere-animal entities.

Elective abortions take place before viability.

There was no law broken.

What the video described was not illeagle it is a method of abortion called dismemberment.

It takes when the fetus dies within the womb in the second semester of the woman's pregnancy.

It doesn't matter if it is "legally murder". It is abhorrent, macabre, and sick. Are libs so invested in abortion they can't even admit this looks bad? Good ****ing grief man. :doh
