I am also old enough to have experienced REAL institutional racism.

Remember, that was in Texas. This is in California. Legally speaking, two different cases.

I am not sure if you are aware of this, but different states have different laws. California law is not the same as Texas law.

If I'm not mistaten planned parenthood does more abortions on black women than whites as a percentage of the population

And regardless of color more abortions of liberals than conservatives

So in a strange way abortion benefits republicans politically and hurts democrats who need more liberals alive to vote for them

Not everyone becomes what their parents are politically. Most of us experience progress in each generation. Unfortunately, some actually do simply parrot what they were told as children and even expect others do the same. If you could see outside your own little personal bubble of perpetuating dogma fed to you as a child, perhaps you'd see the absurd flaw in your reasoning. But, then again, those inclined to dogmatic regurgitation probably think everyone is so.

Well.. the charges were dropped IN TEXAS. THese are charges that are in California. You do know there is a difference???

I didn't know you weren't white. May I ask of your heritage? Just curious mind you, melanin content doesn't matter other than friendly consideration, or discussion of possible health issues. :) I myself am Hispanic.
