Felony charges for 2 who secretly filmed Planned Parenthood

This case exposes the ugly side of liberalism in a deeply progressive state like california

These people did nothing wrong except embarrass liberals and threaten a liberal icon like planned parenthood

And, video with out consent.. which is against california law.

Now, applying that to abortion is some really good bull****. But, at least I finally found out where it's being sold.

Swallowed that Kool Aide, whole. Diddenja?

Is killing the unborn not aggression?

Is killing the unborn not aggression?

Nope. In the first trimester, it's a medical procedure.

Strangling a baby in its cradle is aggression.

Anti-aborts are worse than liberals when it comes to overstating a situation.

Well.. the charges were dropped IN TEXAS. THese are charges that are in California. You do know there is a difference???

Why wouldnt there be a difference in two separate locations?

Nevertheless the precedent is set.

People should not lie.

So you're saying killing is only sometimes aggression?

No, it doesn't do that. It exposes that California has laws and will enforce them. Why do you hate the rule of law?

They broke the law, no matter how much that upsets you.

Is killing the unborn not aggression?
IS KILLING A TRUE PARASITE AGGRESSION? Most folks would call it "self-defense". So, if some entity acts worse than a parasite (which is true for any unborn human older than a couple weeks), then why should killing it be called "aggression" instead of "self-defense"?

So you're saying killing is only sometimes aggression?

Of course. Self-defense, capital punishment, abortion, euthanasia are all examples of killing sans "aggression."

DIfferent states, different incidences, different laws. Precedent in one state has nothing to do with precedent in another, unless it is a federal matter.

Politics and state laws in Texas are often not rational.

Humans in general are not necessarily rational no matter where they are..

Some places, it is much less than other places.

Having traveled all over the US and on many continents I have observed Texas to be near the top of rational common sense examples.

California...less so.

The charges brought against them in Texas were different than the charges brought again them in California.

In Texas according to the link you posted:

The district judge Brock Thomas dismissed charges of tampering with government records against David Daleiden, 27, and Sandra Merritt, ruling that the grand jury which indicted the two activists had exceeded its authority.

That is the 'home effect'... Many Texans can't see how out of touch their attitudes are with the rest of society.

Never said they were not.

Same people. Same company.

I just remarked they have a history of litigation with pp.

I never said it was right or wrong.

I dont care.

If people want to kill near a million babies a year its the law of the land.

Enforce illegal immigration laws. Its the law of the land.

Be consistent.

I found the opposite. I went all over and after reviewing carefully decided to embrace common sense instead.

Perhaps that happened to you personally. I wont judge you about it.

Nothing happened to me, except having to be in Texas for 7 months. I found common sense totally lacking.

Thinking people would say that this case represents the limits of investigative journalism.

That may be a chronic condition.

Remember the disgusting pigs who secretly and illegally filmed Planned Parenthood workers, and then spread lies about them all over the internet? Well guess what. The hunters are now the hunted.

Felony charges for 2 who secretly filmed Planned Parenthood

Hopefully the wheels of justice will grind them up like this:

:applaud

If Planned Parenthood were substituted with PSUV above and translated into Spanish, it would sound just like Nicholas Maduro.

You've posted a video filmed in California in 2012. Have you ever yourself ever stood outside a PP clinic or even driven by? I mean, you can cherry-pick any vid clip you like, but that doesn't mean that it's typical.
Right, only what you do is typical but what everyone else does is not.
