Nope. In the first trimester, it's a medical procedure.

Strangling a baby in its cradle is aggression.

Anti-aborts are worse than liberals when it comes to overstating a situation.

IS KILLING A TRUE PARASITE AGGRESSION? Most folks would call it "self-defense". So, if some entity acts worse than a parasite (which is true for any unborn human older than a couple weeks), then why should killing it be called "aggression" instead of "self-defense"?

Of course. Self-defense, capital punishment, abortion, euthanasia are all examples of killing sans "aggression."

DIfferent states, different incidences, different laws. Precedent in one state has nothing to do with precedent in another, unless it is a federal matter.

Politics and state laws in Texas are often not rational.

Having traveled all over the US and on many continents I have observed Texas to be near the top of rational common sense examples.

California...less so.

The charges brought against them in Texas were different than the charges brought again them in California.

In Texas according to the link you posted:

That is the 'home effect'... Many Texans can't see how out of touch their attitudes are with the rest of society.

If people want to kill near a million babies a year its the law of the land.

Enforce illegal immigration laws. Its the law of the land.

I found the opposite. I went all over and after reviewing carefully decided to embrace common sense instead.

Perhaps that happened to you personally. I wont judge you about it.

Nothing happened to me, except having to be in Texas for 7 months. I found common sense totally lacking.
