So you advocate that violating the man's human rights is a good thing because the kids lifestyle is more important than his rights or his lifestyle even if the kid is not his?

If he is married to the kids mother he is the father...period. That is what he signed on for. Genetics do not make a parent, parenting does.

He is not the father if she cheated on him and the kid is the child of another man...

Ummm...no he didn't. Agreeing to marry someone is not agreeing to support a child that was a result of your spouse cheating.

No. I have two great daughters that I raise practically by myself.

The argument is about logic and the law... not emotions. If a man does not want a relationship with a kid that is not his, for any reason, he should be able to walk away. The state has no right violating his rights. It is just wrong. That said, most men will pay and continue to be a part of the kids life... but they shouldn't be forced to.

The court is wrong. That would be no different than the court ordering a guy or a gal to pay support for any kid off the street 'in the best interest of the child.' I can see it now--the cops bring little Jane or Johnny to the house and orders us to support him or her as that is in the best interest of the child even though somebody else is the biological parent. I can't imagine that a judge could find any legal, moral, or ethical justification for that.

Exactly... if the argument is truly, "for the best interest of the child" then every struggling kid out their should be handed to Bill Gates... millions of them. He can raise a million kids financially easier than I can raise two.

Yep, unless he wants to forgo the test, but then he accepts being cuckolded if he accepts and starts raising the kid. No get outta jail free when the relationship goes to ****. Granted if the bio father is found then cuckolded dad should be let off the hook.
