Men and women do not have equitable parental options

You might be reading more into it then there is.

Apparently women under 30 have also been hit by no jobs although not as hard as the men their age.
This article claims there are just not enough jobs available.

Lol @ how quickly the conversation dies when the focus turns to male victimhood that they can not dispute.

Ignoring it does not make it go away and the study cited seems to indicate its creating a bigger problem that people are prepared to handle.

Of course. If the victim is male or something bad is happening to men in general no one cares and in some cases society approves. Just remember though, women are the ones with less rights and they are the party mistreated by society.
 
At minimum, the child custody system is biased. At its worst, it's an abuse of power.

The abuse of power has been well documented for no known reason other than the existence of that power.
