Trump supporters opinions

Trump also has something his predecessors never had. He can bypass the media and speak directly to the people. His supporters are loyal and he can leverage that support in the midterms. He has the ability to control public.opinion like no other president before. He has twitter. This gives him leverage with congressman looking to be reelected

True. The biased media filter, both at the content level and at the editorial level, can be bypassed to some extent with his use of Twitter.

Many are saying, my wife among them, that Trump's advisors and staff should take his Twitter account away from him (if they could, I doubt that), so it may yet be a two edged sword for him yet.

If your like me your tired of all the nonstop negativity about our next potus. I thought it might be refreshing to discuss the ambitious agenda has proposed.

If he actually accomplishes everything in his first term he will of set an unprecedented standard for future presidents. However i dont think its realistic to expect that he will.

My question is how much does he need to do for him to earn your vote for a second term amd is there any promise he must fulfill this term and its a non-negotiable item?

So much of what he wants to do is dependent upon action from Congress. For that reason, I'll reserve judgment and assign blame where it is due if the things he wants don't happen.

For him to NOT earn my vote for a second term...he would have to completely change his policies to be totally in line with Democratic or GOP establishment desires. At this point...from the selections he's made for his Cabinet and administration...I don't think that'll happen.

Let us see what he does the first 100 days and then in the first year. But even before he actually becomes president, I see signs about Trump that are not encouraging.

I see Trump actually walking the halls of congress and knocking on doors.

Kinda like Tip O'neill back in his day.

It'll just be on Twitter at 3:30 in the morning. (EST) The Chinese will see it before they go to bed and a Vodka toast in other parts of the world. Great times only weeks from now!

Personally, I installed a roll cage in November, got a racing seat, fire resistant suit and a helmet for Christmas and will be ordering a Hans device after the holidays. I think I'm ready to go. Make America great again!

Happy New Year!

PS - I fulfilled a pledge I made in April 2015, to support the Party's nominee. It did not come with an asterisk. So I own that vote none-the less. I hope for the best.
