The same group that put out the $300 ad featuring Melania's nude shoot for GQ has decided to put out a radio ad called "Stupid Stuff", the idea being that it is "stupid stuff Trump has said".

It has an interesting intro.

I have to wonder at this point if they are basically trolling The Donald, hoping to get him to say or do something explosively stupid (like attack Ted Cruz's children) in response.

FWIW, while I think that it is ****ed up that Trump clearly sexualizes his daughters (they didn't use all the material out there that is available for this), I also think it's (less, but still) ****ed up that it's a campaign ad.

The comment on his daughter was pretty mild, though to my mind it should not be used in political ads. This election has managed to disappoint me in just about every way possible, and in every one possible. Every single candidate has disappointed me. Both parties. The Pope even for ****'s sake. The media. I try really hard to not become one of the cynics I hate so much, but the allure of cynicism is getting stronger every day.

So much that. I never thought I would be in a place where I would begin to question whether or not this country was even worth what I've seen my friends sacrifice for it.

There is not an emoticon that captures my deep, wrenching sorrow at typing that.
