Good moderation on assault weapons!

it's a losing issue at the federal level. you have more one issue voters against gun control than almost any other issue. any gun control will be enacted at the state or local level.

You have the win the general afterwards, and gun control is a big no-no in swing states like Colorado. As a conservative, the further Clinton pushes left on this, the better I feel.
 
They sure are not afraid to come out on gun control!

And Clinton, while always seeming a bit plastic, does seem capable of leadership, as seen here.

Bernie looked like he might stroke out. I just flipped channels and he looked like steam was about to come out of his ears

They did that in the last GOP debate, too.


Could..... could..... could we be seeing the beginning of the realization in the American media that they shouldn't **** up American Presidential debates????

Yeah, I like the content of a lot of his ideas, but he does seem more like a benevolent grandfather.

If I were a GOP supporter I'd be infuriated at the debates. Far too many in the debate to actually have an effective debate so when they get to speak it's just angry burst just to make a mark. It really sucks. They need to narrow it down. Top 4 or top 5 or something.

:shrug: the problem is the top 4 or 5 changes, and by locking out the others you are effectively choosing the pool from which the winner will emerge. I am really looking forward to Iowa winnowing out some folks, though.

I know... I hate to censor but a debate needs to be a debate and I think what the GOP has going now doesn't let a single one of them really get their ideas out there.
