I'm sure it did. I thought it may have been around the same as Obama's "you didn't build it" but I'm really just guessing. I really hope it didn't have much impact, because if it did, I'd lose faith in a lot of the population.

Given that the issue with “you didn’t build it” was centered around an [often intentional] misinterpretation/misrepresation of the words, where-as the stuff on that tape was damning in just how straightforward it was, how it very explicitly laid bare Romney’s [supposedly honest, in that moment] views?
