Sorry this post has taken so long but I was admitted to the hospital early Wednesday and was just released today...


I must say that I would have never believed that democrats would show up in such force, but they did and my hats off to you all. I hope my fears don't come to pass and everything will turn out well in the end, but we'll just have to wait and see.


I was wrong and again, congratulations to everyone who supported Obama's reelection. I have nearly 3 days of news to catch up on, so I better get to it.

Thanks to modern medicine, I'm feeling no pain at the moment... I get a few hours of up time and a few hours of down time, as the fequency of my posts in the next few days will show.

President Obama used his community organizing skills to contact his base face-to-face. He had a terrific ground game and it worked. It's a big mistake in my opinion to saturate the TV air waves with negative advertizing.... people get bored with it and begin to resent it. As for mailing, we rip it all up and throw it into recycle bin whether we like the candidate or not.
