So I am a Registered Democrat who voted for Obama in 2008.
I have always been a Libertarian leaning centrist.
I just stood in line for two hours to vote straight Republican in New Mexico. Its not a swing state, so it won't really matter, other than perhaps for a Senate seat.
Pragmatic politics makes for strange fellows.
I doubt I’ll ever vote Democratic again, unless there is a dramatic change in party policy with respect to Government Institutionalized Racial Discrimination (aka Affirmative Action) and limited government / budgets / deficits.
I hope in the next mid-term election I have real third party choices, don’t you?
