Who is in the painting on the left side of the photo that's blocked by the booths?
Would this count as electioneering within 100 ft. of a polling location?
I'm guessing it is a public school or community building. I would say at most it should have been covered with a sheet.

No....but there were a few jews and muslims standing outside debating about whether they should try to go in.
