good idea, they get 60 seconds in alternating intervals, it beeps at 50, at 60 if your voice box is still vibrating you get a zap :D, if it vibrates for more than a second during the opponents 60 seconds you also get a zap :D.

Also, Obama can't look at the camera and try and hypnotize the viewer with his gypsy tricks.

true, there would probably need to be safeties built into the zapper to prevent unintentional death from repeat exposure.
