** WA is having 2 elections for District 1 - 1 is a special election to finish out the term of incumbent Jay Inslee (D) who resigned on 3/20/12 and the other is for the term beginning in 2013. The winner listed reflects the winner of the election for the term beginning in 2013, not the special election.

The non-voting delegates are not listed. These include Washington DC, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands who each have one seat.
