RCP: Obama gains lead...In Virginia

0.3% is probably within the margin of error, even with tons of polls having been done. FWIW, Silver gives Obama a 73% chance of winning VA.
 
0.3 can disappear in hours depending on who's ramping out the polls.

I've only really been following RCP averages and they change fast.

Far too close to make any news out of it.

I think Romney will still win VA, but it's interesting what can change with just a successful rally.
 
Virginia depends on turn-out in the cities. If Obama has his usual great ground game going then he can win this state.. if he does not, then it is much harder.

And since Virginia is one of the first states to close polling, then we will know pretty early if Romney stands a chance. If he looses Virginia then it is all over for him.
 
Except if Virginia is really close, which it will be, we won't know for some time after the polls close.
 
7 p.m. to 8 p.m. is going to be interesting.
