No, I dont know the details of the delay so no clue wether it could of been helped, or not, but this is election season, so youre going to get candidates running late at some time or other.

I feel sorry for those inconvenienced but I suspect it really was just one of those things that cant be helped.

Given Obama's response to Sandy, long gas lines, no food or water, crime in the streets, and people yelling to Obama for help, I'm sure those kids will be in for worse. You see now what happens when you leave disaster relief at the federal level? You put all the resources at the federal level and when there's a ****up, all your eggs are in one basket.

This is contrived exaggerated spin based upon two tweeters who were probably there to manufacture/find an issue anyway to counter the otherwise unimpeachable truth that Romney closed Bain and flew almost his entire company to NY to successfully find a missing girl--an ad airing on radio in swing states.
