Simple thread. Post the name of the candidate you believe will win and ONE reason why.

Mitt Romney.

Reason: Because consistently people trust him more to fix the economy, and that will determine what the "still undecideds" do in the voting booth.

Obama. Unless an incumbent has made a bumbling mess of his first term, he holds too much of an advantage over the challenger. Although we gnash our teeth and wail loudly, Obama hasn't made a bumbling mess.

Obama will win because of his electoral college advantage, and all the polls suggest that he will win the states he needs too.

...that's a bit more of a "how" than a "why".

Obama will win because I believe that the american people aren't nearly as stupid, greedy, gullible or irresponsibly impatient as Romney and teapublicans are praying they will be.

I do believe Obama will win.

Reason: He's run a better campaign than Romney.

Winner: Obama

Reason: his opponent is Mitt

Obama. He will get more electoral votes. It's as simple as that. There's a chance he may not win the popular vote.

Obama

Reason: Mitt Romney

Obama

Republican gubernatorial success in states like, and most importantly Ohio.

Obama will win with the same margin as he had over McCain.

The main reason is the unlikeability of Romney. Even with all his political problems, George Bush seemed like somebody you could sit down with and enjoy a conversation with.
Romney on the other hand, I couldn't picture having anything in common with him no more than I would with the Queen of England.

Obama because the economy has been improving for three years.

Obama

Because of his ability to make people like him.

Too close to call right now-If its "the economy stupid" Romney. If its the "OMG I need government to help me" Obam.

Romney: Superstorm Sandy.

Obama because Romney is just too much of a flip flopper and the worst possible choice for most reasonable conservatives. Felt like I was voting for a slightly greedy white version of Obama. So freakin sad, they are all the same.

Romney

Rural voters.

Obama.

Because even though unemployment is higher now than when he took office, more people depend on government than when he took office, more poor people than when he took office, income is lower than when he took office, and the economy still sucks, we have far more stupid and uneducated people that vote than we have free thinkers and people educated on the issues that vote. The inmates are in charge.

Romney will win, because he has a much better looking resume with respect to handling money than Obama.

Oh of course not.

$16,000,000,000,000

Romney will win for several reasons, however the most blunt being that Obama is an absolute failure.

Most swing voters - the same ones who helped get Obama elected in 2008 - that I have talked to, are either a) not voting or b) voting for Romney or Johnson... Also, don't underestimate the masses that want anyone BUT Obama in the oval office.

I'm voting Romney, however I see my vote for Romney not as a vote of support but a vote against Obama. I do agree with Romney on many issues such as economic, but at the same time he could be nothing but a RINO... I do know one thing - anything is better than Obama.

Romney

The excitement, thrill, worship of Obama has generally passed leaving him without many votes.
