The momentum is all with President Romney....:)

Romney opens up 7-point lead over Obama, as electoral map begins to shift | Fox News

Mitt Romney's national lead over President Obama grew even more Thursday, with the latest Gallup survey showing the Republican nominee up 7 points -- as polling in the battlegrounds indicates the electoral map may be shifting in Romney's favor.
In a significant development, the RealClearPolitics electoral map
external-link.png
, which offers predictions of which states favor which candidates, for the first time is showing Romney ahead in terms of electoral votes he is likely to win on Nov.

Umm, the story isn't even accurate. Gallup, which has been an outlier, has Romney up five points -- not seven, and RCP still shows Obama with an electoral lead of 201 to 191 with no toss ups. Without toss ups, RCP has Obama winning 290 to 248, which is almost exactly the prediction of FiveThirtyEight (Obama, 296.6 to 241.4).

But keep on a hopin' and a prayin'.

LOL....NP.....you are failing to read your own links again!!! Why do you consistently do this? Perhaps because you post without reading? Probably because you just read the FauxNews post which (GASP) contained wrong information. (What? FauxNews actually lies and misleads its viewers? Shocking!!! I say absolutely shocking!)

RealClearPolitics - 2012 Election Maps - Electoral Map on October 28, 2012
Maybe you should open a link and you might learn something.

By your link.....Obama is ahead in the electoral college and he has been from the beginning...and there is little change over the last several weeks

If I repeat the phrase "I'm 5'9", I weight 115 lbs and I'm 22 years old." over and over and over do you think it will come true?

Same thing with Fox. If they say it enough it will come true. Or so the Foxes think.

I just find it funny that Navy Pride loves to post things from headlines, but when you open the link, they often say just the opposite. Can't blame Navy this time though.....its just FauxNews up to its usual lies.....playing to their guillable viewers who believes whatever they say even when it is dead wrong.

RCP's latest changes downgraded the Romney/Ryan ticket from 206 to 191.

The article was 100% correct when it was writen 11 days ago. Everyone who has attacked Fox for "lying" looks foolish.

Uh, what's foolish is posting an 11-day-old story about polling when there are now something like 30 polls coming out daily. I shouldn't have given Navy the benefit of the doubt and assumed that he wasn't doing something idiotic.

Not quite as foolish as the OP looks.

With the auto bailouts, you would think Obama would have locked up Michigan by now, or at least have a good lean--but there it still sits in the tossup states at RCP. I doubt Hurricane Frankenstein is going to help all that DNC early voting in No. OH and PA. I am starting to wonder if any poll is going to be accurate in the end.

So Sandy...not good for romney. Suddenly, its just Sandy and the president all over the news and not a word about romney...

With the economic state of the USA, you'd think romney would have had a total walkover...but apparently, nothing could be further from the truth

Yeah well look what Obama has accomplished in his four years.

No, but I might see you that way in my head.

No I wouldn't. Romney is a limp-wristed dork. He bought the nomination. Anti-Obama sentiments are what drives his numbers, not Pro-Mitt. I have yet to meet a GOP who is Rah Rah Romney. "At least He's not Obama" or "He can't be any worse than the one we got" I hear quite often among true dyed in the wool always have been and always will be a Republican types

You realize that your article is from 10/18/2012?

ANd today is 10/29/2012

That's 11 days difference.

Since that time the 7-point lead by that polling company has decreased to a 5 point lead, and RCP's average has Romney trailing Obama again in likely/leaning electoral votes.

Ya, look at the timeline. It was published on Oct 18th, and on the 21st, RCP showed Romney up by 5 in the EC.
