I love these historical anomalies/constitutional crises.

All Hypothetically: So what if voter turn out is drastically affected by the hurricane so much so that states that were SAFE Obama wins end up being Romney wins? Anybody honest knows Obama would have otherwise won. This changes the winner and Romney gets the Whitehouse due essentially to weather forfeiture just like baseball. :lamo

The US Constitution gives NO right to the citizens to vote for POTUS. Democrats control the legislatures of those sates and by representative republican procedure, the dully elected and sworn legislatures of those states nullify the November 6th Presidential election results and grant their state's Electoral College delegates to President Obama, just the way the Founding Fathers envisioned. The strict constructionist majority on the SCOTUS agree its legal. Likely? No. Plausible? Maybe.
