outrageous pro obama ad featuring Children singing

Kissing babies and reading to children and taking photos are not the same as having them sing songs that have a political agenda....and I don't care which side does it its wrong IMO. Keep the kids out of it....if they want songs sung then they can find enough willing adults with a good voice to sing for their candidates....they dont need to use children to do it.

That may be.

But doing so hardly makes a person comparable to Hitler.

Re: Outrageous pro obama ad featuring Children singing

I find this very disturbing...why do parents let their young children get involved in politics this way ...its beyond me.

Outrageous: Pro-Obama Ad Features Children Singing About America Where

Strange, I did not see an "I am Barack Obama and I approve this message" or words to that effect.

And you might find it sick, the words uttered in the song were not that off key IMHO, a good deal of these accusations are actually right on the money and some are more of a partisan nature.

But I am sorry, but when the source is Foxnation, one of the most offensive and disturbing places on the internet when it comes to what is written about democrats, liberals and Obama, it is like the pot calling the kettle black.

The offensive and disgusting nature is proven by the response of Fox Nation members on the accident of senator Harry Reid, some hoped the devil would have taken him, some say that nobody would pray for his getting better, some hoped that he would have died, he is called enemy of the state, that he will go in front of the ACA death panels (that don't exist but that would never stop a conservative on this website from lying about it).

Comments include:

Ted Kennedy has reserved a seat at the table next to him in hell for Dirty Harry.

Go join your buddy teddy in hell

Pull the plug and i hope the hosipital will stand down for this worthless POS, to bad it was not O Bammy

I hope that everyone EXCEPT Harriet Reid involved were uninjured, or if injured, recover quickly and fully.Harriet Reid--go to HE11.

To bad Harry survived. We can always hope for massive complications to develop.
Sounds like he is OK. What a shame!
Lots of true Christians celebrating here.

Hope he doesn't recover, for all the damage he has done to this country.

A useless piece of skin. Harvest any viable organs before they go cold.

I am not inclined to wish physical ill or death on people I don't agree with, but for Reid I will make an axception.

An incredibly foul and despicable creature. A sad day for America today. Harry was uninjured.

Too bad that MF wasn't taken by the devil.

Sen. Harry Reid Hospitalized After Motorcade Involved In Accident. - Harry Reid - Fox Nation

Sure, there are some who do not wish him ill will but a lot of them do.

Re: Outrageous pro obama ad featuring Children singing

Look at the title of the thread. Let me help: "Outrageous pro obama ad featuring Children singing"

Sorry I thought you were referring to me being outraged...carry on....

Very interesting. Perhaps the words of the song escape many.

It is a social commentary. And, I would say that tweens and young teens are not blockheads, they may have a niave attitude towards human nature and the world, but they can see that stuff around them is broken and their parent generation is beset with bickering, partisan garbage, selfishness, obsteperousness, and visciousness.
so argue about parents "letting" their kids have opinions. about how the parents are out for the money. But I bet a few of those kids could give us all an earful about how us adults are screwing with their world.

for me with FOX nation is not so much what they right but the videos at hand that I watch....the videos of those that have the words coming out of their own mouths....I then make my own judgement on what I watched. And as far as the "Comments" the same rains true when the liberals post in the comments about republicans...the words on both sides are disgusting....

Re: Outrageous pro obama ad featuring Children singing

What is hilarious is that in about 12 years those kids are going to inherit the bill for all the **** they are clamoring for. I hope when they are saddled with a 30 trillion dollar debt they will review that video and smile.

Do not disagree with you on how liberals respond to conservatives/republicans but again, Fox (and their right wing partners in the media) have a track record of making very biased TV and internet IMHO.

Can't help but to think of this, after seeing ads with children like this....

"we will teach our twisted speech to to our young believers

we will teach our blue eyed men to be young believers"

(Strummer-Jones-"Clampdown")

Chances are more likely that they'll be detained indefinitely as terrorist suspects for having appeared in this ad.

Those that aren't killed in drone strikes, that is.

well thats because you are liberal...so that is where you dwell...I lean more right today even though I was a life long liberal and now prefer FOX so that is where I dwell.....for me the main thing is not that one leans one way or the other but that one is involved in the process...being engaged like we can her in the U.S is far more important to me then any ideology IMO. After all if we didn't have that right we would not be in here debating...great county :2usflag::elephantf:donkeyfla!

No, I am a social democrat. I am not liberal in some issues and much more liberal in a lot of social issues that most liberals are ;)

what areas are you not collectivist (current definition of American liberal is more government)

Re: Outrageous pro obama ad featuring Children singing

what areas are you not collectivist (current definition of American liberal is more government)

What do I believe in. Well, I do not believe in nationalized industries, free market industry but with effective (or as effective as possible) regulation to regulate important industries that are of capital importance (insurance industry, banking, public transport). I believe in organized labor but in a manor to work for the best interest of the employees but not at the expense of companies and/or employment.

I believe in constructive discussions between employers, employees and the government to make sure that inflation is not rampant and that in times of economic difficulty pay freeze is always on the table.

Government has to be of a size that enables it to do it's work, no more and no less. If there are too many civil servants, they will have to be made redundant.

Government should be there to protect the weakest in society by intelligent means, making sure as much people who are able to work, actually do have to go to work. Even people with minor disabilities should be employed or be employable.

The government should make sure people have as much freedom as possible but without unduly interfering with the freedom of others (racism, no anti semitism, discrimination based on gender, sexual preference, race or religion).

Government should be there to enforce the laws of the land and to protect the borders and the people living in the country from crime and war.

Government should uphold the rule, if it ain't broke, don't interfere. If it is broke and the government needs to interfere it should be as minimal and short lived as possible.

Government should be transparent and accessible by the public, it should be unbiased and do things in an honest and open way.

Elections should never be an exercise in political wrangling. The political parties might argue among themselves, but when it comes to organizing an election it has to be done completely un-partizan. No trying to disenfranchise voters.

I am not enemy of collectivism but it has to be as minimal as possible. The government in the Netherlands has according to an article I just read one of the lowest number of government employees (at least in Europe). In the Netherlands only 2.9% of people work for the government and the government is slimming down even further with deregulation and less government and I think that is fine, as long as it does not violate the core duties of the government as decided by the people of the Netherlands.

I do not want big government with little independence and a nanny state, I want an effective small government that does what it's core duties are and not interfere unduly in private and corporate goings on.

Why would they be detained? They are on the 'right' side after all.

Irritating more than outrageous methinks.

I dont see that happening for at least a little bit. But as for the expanded use of drones and stepping up the Big Brother thing...surely you cant think that Obama has been LESS of a threat to personal liberty and freedom than Bush was???

Re: Outrageous pro obama ad featuring Children singing

still dont understand how this is a pro-obama ad and not just a voting ad?

did i miss something in the beginning or end that mentions Obama?

I think that Obama is just as threatening.

He has continued drone strikes. He's been going after medical marijuana dispensaries in California.

And his objections to the detention of American citizens on domestic soil as outlined in NDAA 2012 wasn't because he was against that clause but rather because he wanted it amended so that the President, not Congress, would come up with the rules and regulations of how such detention would be done.

So I don't think Obama has turned back the clock as much as other people think he's done.
