THis guy Jon Husted of Ohio has been struck down 3 times by the courts, including the Supreme Court, due to his attempts to suppress voting rights by making voters go through a process under the guise of "preventing voter fraud" this coming of course very close to election time. But he continues in his attempts to suppress voters' rights to vote. So... how come he has not been charged? Don't people have the civil right to vote? And by the same token are not people who attempt to suppress that right guilty of a crime?

It appears that the groups who are all for "preventing voter fraud" just all happen to be members of the Republican Party. Is there a connection here?
