Election tactics in the home stretch of the 2012 campaign

Since Gaddafi fell, Libya has been by far the most pro-American state in the Middle East outside of Israel. A large majority of them support us. Attacking Libya wouldn't even have anything in it for the United States in it, except revenge. I would not support the needless killing of Libyan civilians, the destruction of the only currently pro-American country in the Middle East, and the good chance of having it lead to even more American resentment and American deaths.

You ever hear of the Muslim Brotherhood?

Sayyid Qutb - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

^^ That is their "Jesus" or "second coming."

Now you tell me what they think?

And the CBO says the same thing.

Except polls are mathematically sound. It's how statistics work. It doesn't matter how big the population is, if you take a big enough sample, around 1,000 people, you are going to end up with a small margin of error.

Statistically, it does. And there is empirical evidence that they work.

Funny...

The presidents since I have been born

Carter (D)
Reagan (R)
Bush (R)
Clinton (D)
Bush (R)
Obama (D)

With the exception of Reagan's second term all polls had democrats tied or leading in all those races.

Except for Reagan's first term, Bush senior's term, and Bush junior's second term, you are correct.

Yes I know them. They are the people Libya did not elect in their elections.

Oh really?

Wait until they create a MB alliance and decide just to attack the US because we don't adhere to Sharia....

Well they had a chance to do that, but only the Muslim Brotherhood's party only got 10% of the vote. The pro-Democratic party got about 48% of the vote.

I'm 100% correct...

Nope Bush led Kerry from August to the election. Reagan led Carter from September to the election. And Bush 41 led Dukakis by a large margin from September until the election.

There is no "pro democracy party" - it's all Sharia.. Their only concern is to implement Sharia properly.

Well if you believe the NFA is outright lying about everything they believe in, I guess there really isn't any discussion. So far though, it seems like Libya is off to a pro-democracy, pro-American start.

Wrong,

I'm exhausted talking politics, but I will revisit this thread when I feel the need to discuss these issues (9 hours) hahaha....
