Debate will run from 9 to 10:30 from Hofstra University. It will be moderated by Candy Crowley and will be a town hall meeting format.

I'd close this thread till about an hour before.

I had to watch the first one and the veep debate on youtube. Finally, I get to watch one live for a change

I am ready. I have my burger and fries...

Watch it get ugly.

If you're watching it with tweets tweeting on the bottom, ya' all really ought to change the channel to PBS.

**** here we go.

Shutting it off at 10, Covert Affairs is more important.

Obama lied about the GM bankruptcy thing.

Did Romney just decide to make the game interesting by choosing to throw this debate? that answer sucked.

Romney: Free college for smart kids. Socialist!!!!!! Elitist!!!! :lamo

He wants his future so bright he will have to wear shades. I wonder if the President smells like cigarettes right now. If so, he may have a low oxygen problem again. :)

Obviously Romney wanted GM to go under and workers to die of starvation.

It was direct and concise than Obama's, though. Obama sounded like he was rambling a bit.

I'd gotta say, I'd feel weird if a candidate would address me by name.

I'm watching on Fox News Channel, nothing is at the bottom of the screen.

Say bankrupt one more time.

Philip Morris is doing great.

Obama is going ugly early.

Here's come Obama, he's building a head of steam.....don't get in his way. Too bad he wasn't assertive enough to post Marines in Libya.

Oops, Obama is not going to score points on the class warfare tack... he needs to hammer Romney on the falsehoods (like the employment numbers Romney just fudged).

And oh baby, this Moderator is not taking any bull!

I'm pretty sure Jeremy didn't hear a single word either candidate said. It was probably too surreal.

Obama is going ugly early.

I predict slight backlash on that. But not much. He is helped by the fact that Romney is PlasticMan.
