Not one McCain voter will vote for Obama.. so where will Obama get the votes? [W:198]

confirming my point once again

because his statement conflicts with what you want to happen, you insist your wants will prevail over reality

again I know dozens...if not a hundred people that voted Obama who will not be voting for Obama , but will be vtoing for Romney... again dozens and dozens... Obama was a FAD... it was cool,,, like Justin Bieber..its over now.. it was rancid ..only a hardcore Obamabot argues otherwise..noithing is better for anyone since he got in office.. hes a dissguting fraud..

again Romney will start with all of McCains votes ( fine 99.75 %) and Obama is losing his idgit base....

I do not believe you..your vote defies all logic..you wont vote for Obama come election day...what I worry about is Romney is too McCainish... too nice, too far to the center, Romney is very liberal in many ways, like Mccain.. they are very similar politcally and ethically

McCain wants you to vote for Mitt.. so why do you defy McCain?

Travis you believing me or not is no where on my list of I give a ****, lets get that out of the way first. Secondly, there isnt a single poster on this forum that has a brain, conservative or liberal alike, that doesnt know and hasnt known that I am voting for Obama.
Romney is NO McCain the difference in the two isnt even close imo. McCain was no teaparty Lackey and thats why they didnt support him, they vilified him in most every political forum during the primary and during his campaign. Many right wing whackjobs said they wouldnt even vote because they didnt want to vote for the RINO. McCain has gave more for this country than any 100 romnys or obamas. Between Romny and Obama its a no brainer to me which man and which agenda is better for the most americans...OBAMA HANDS DOWN.

I think there is actual genius behind Travis's assertions, if only by mistake. He recognized something is wrong here and he's right. Romney / the modern conservative platform, is so bad, people who would normally vote Republican are walking away from them. People who would normally vote out the incumbent during a bad four year stretch have no choice but to stick with him.

I would love to vote against the democrats but I can't. Republicans are flat out in the corner of the wealthy at the expense of everyone else on every single issue. They don't even pretend to be for the people whatsoever. Their platform is openly hostile to the people, it praises the wealthy even when they commit massive fraud.

The democrats at least pretend to fight for the people.

I quoted the wrong part of your post. The above is very different from your OP, where you stated the following:

As stated in my previous post, this is a ridiculous assertion.

It is also inevitably incorrect that Obama will get not a single McCain voter. For example, this poll from August shows that 5% of McCain voters plan on voting for Obama. If true, that is 3 million people.

That poll pretty much nails my point home... thank you and logic says its trending even better now for Mitt.. so Mitt will have 95%of McCains base... and Obama has lost 14% of his base... thats a 9% swing to Mitt right there...and thats from August

Now again the question is ... not one voting blcok that voted for Obama will INCREASE for Obama this time.. NOT ONE...can you prove otherwise?

You're talking about the real Romney, we haven't seen that guy in years. I think the real Romney could actually be a great president, but that's not who we're looking at today. I don't know who he is today. Is he held hostage by the Republican party? If elected would he govern true to himself or would he do what his handlers wanted? I'm not taking a chance on somebody who might actually govern in the manner he represented campaigning, that is far too dangerous. If you look at what he did at Bane Capital, he has the potential to be sleezy to suit himself, this is not good.

McCain and Romney could not be more different. As far as standing up to financial criminals, McCain was better than Obama, yet Romney is far worse than Obama on that issue.

LOL I have had Travis on ignore for a couple of months now and decided to take him off to see what thread he started. This thread proves my original action was correct. Back to ignore for Travis.

next time try to not openly BS...
McCain tapped Palin who IS THE TEA PARTY... so your words that McCain is not tea party LACKY, either provess you have no a clue or just openly BS...you pick.. but wow.. I gotta ask do you vote by picking a name out of hat...?? and GOD BLESS McCAIN..a great man..a hero.. I have his signed picture on my desk..

again if you truley respected McCain , which you dont.. youd vote for Romney and have a clue on the candidates...your post is just ramblings that are aimless...

I don't know how it's going to turn out, but it's a mistake to count the military vote for Romney. Obama, even as a senator, has always been golden on veteran's issues. The guy has gone to every length to honor and care for us in real ways. On that he gets an A+.

He lost that on the release of the SEAL info on the raid on UBL and the loss of SEALs in Libya... My family will not be voting for Obama, never would..,..and the cuts to the military budget iced that ..

Yes...Navy "CORPS-man".... what a loser Obama is..

The war is lost..( Harry Reid )

America can not fight two wars at once- Obama

Your post is wrong on every word... but thanks for illustrating that Obamabots have no idea where Obama is going to pick up a vote..

again your link is MOOT... Its MOOT because the MID TERMS shows the Country wanted Obama to pivot to the middle and he did not.. its over for Obama.... Liberals didnt listen..

There you go again Travis. Actually refute my words, lol. Actually make some effort. This is a debate site. Just saying that the other person is wrong is not a debate. That's a refusal to debate. If you want to actually address my post point by point like I did to yours, you'll get a response from me, otherwise I'll find better ways to spend my time.

the poll posted poroved my point...again the thread is about where is Obama going to gain a vote from last election... tell me whcih voting block is going to exceed last time for Obama..? we know Romney will start ( byt the poll listed with 95%) almost all of Mccains base,...over 95% by elections day...

what voting block for Obama will increase? and why?

I explained all of this in my first post. I went through hispanics, jewish voters, the Christian block, old McCain voters etc. Please address those points. There is no need for me to copy and paste them in to another post.

ok, you are so convinced of the election outcome, accept my wager:

if romney wins the presidency, i will no longer post in this debate politics forum
if Obama wins the presidency, you will no longer post in this debate politics forum
such posting will end the day after the presidential winner is announced by the electoral college

nonsense... we see Obama has pivoted to the far left as we all saw at the DNC convention..it was a far left hatefest...

we saw the Mid terms.. the country spoke.. but libs still telling me that somehow the mid terms meant nothing?...

please.. stop.. Romney cant stand up to financial criminals until he takes the wheel... your just making stuff up..

The county is dying and Obama is stamping it into the ground..

Bain created more Jobs then Obama..Obamas policies are to actively DESTROY JOBS...

Why would you assume that all of the undecided McCain voters will back Romney and all of the undecided Obama voters will also back Romney? You are demonstrating a serious inability to look at data objectively, which makes me wonder why I am even bothering.

A 9% shift from Obama to Romney and a 5% shift from McCain to Obama leads to a popular vote of 66 million for Obama and 63 million for Romney. That means that for every 2008 Republican voter who sits this election out (and you've now admitted that some will), five 2008 Democrat voters need to sit out. Seems optimistic to me, but only time will tell.

Because in reality a McCain voter will vote for Romney and never vote for Obama... period.. no matter what bamboozle some try to run here.. and McCain is all over the place begging his supporters to vote for Mitt.. hes not being quiet about that, he is actively on the stump for Mitt..

again

Jewish voters will be cut in half if not more as far as supporing Obama

Hispanics that are able to vote dont care about the that watered down Deam Act..and they will not turn up as thie churches do not support having to support abortion and the attack on the church..I dont think people really get the Hispanic community here

Christian block is all going to Mitt..

so where is the increase of voters needed?... as that poll showed Obama will lose 14% of that base come election day.. so he need to increase a voting block.. it wont happen..he will be wiped out..

the White vote is going to go to Mitt in record numbers..

Well, as I've said before in this thread polls are showing that Obama's attack ads directed toward elderly voters seems to be working. Also the voters entering into the electorate are overwhelmingly pro-Obama.

Also, I seriously doubt Obama's Jewish vote will be depressed by half or anywhere near it.

I am going to assume you are being hyperbolic. I have a Chief Petty Officer who works for me who voted for McCain in the last election who is voting for Obama this time. Not because he adores Obama, but because he can't stand Romney. He's also Latino. Just sayin'

:)

Add me to that list of those who voted for McCain but won't vote for Romney...btw...I am white.
