Romney thinks Teacher's Unions shouldn't be able to contribute to campaigns

I really doubt the local teachers unions are bribing their way to better pay. I do believe that they are influencing national education policy in ways it should not be influenced which place burdens on individual school districts which in turn shrinks the pool of available resources for the district to pay teachers with. There is no national solution to the varying problems faced by different school districts at any given time.
