The indisputable fact is, a huge percentage of Obama’s voters are basically wards of the state. There are millions of them, and they have no intention of voting for anyone who might want them to ever go out and work for a living — “no matter what.”

As Romney said in Boca Raton last May: “I’ll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives.”

If the burden of such people becomes too large the country will fail, and the people who suffer the most will be the people who rely on the government.
 
I must say, I do agree with that.

Although I do think it's a bit ignorant to classify 47% of the population as lazy and unwilling to "get off their ass", there are a large number of people with this mentality.

Yes he is right... those damn mooching companies and corporations. The billions wasted in handouts to big oil for example.. scandalous!
 
But...................
Big Oil's profits are regulated and they hire people.
 
Handouts certainly win massive campaign contributions. Or don't you think that all the big donors expect something in return for their money?
